Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. It took you two days to send me a tracking number after three emails from me. Still no goods and after eventually speaking to somebody on the phone, who promised to call me back and didn't, I then received an email four hours later to say goods delivered to me!

Emailed you following day requesting info on delivery and was emailed back " courier company say they have delivered!"

At no stage have you liased with DX couriers or contacted me to say you were dealing with this. One week after " next day delivery" the goods arrived but no thanks to you! I've spent hours on the phone with the courier company. Your level of customer service is disgraceful. Your "Big customers" obviously get a good service but small customers who are your bread and butter are totally neglected and left to sort themselves. I'm sure if I wasn't proforma you wouldn't treat me like this because your account would not be paid. SHODDY!
