I put in my Application form for my Visa months before my travel.I was asked to provide my documents which I did and the charges which was £285 which I paid fully, after the payment I was told that I needed a appointment in Manchester in Not London because I lived in Leicester and told them I didn’t mind travelling so next day I had a call back from the Avia telling me that the Manchester office were on strike and I said I could travel to London too that would be a problem so the lady said ok she was going to email me with the appointment date and time. I didn’t hear from them for a couple of days. So I decided to ring them and was told to change my address on my bank statement for an address in London and if I no any family member that lives in London. I didn’t think much to it so I did what they asked, days after I was told to change the dates on everything else of my documents. That didn’t sit right. So I rang them asking them to return my passport and money. I got my passport but didn’t get my money back. I’ve rang them sent loads of emails but nothing. Thing that hurts me a lot is this Hoilday I’ve planned and paid for costed me £7,800 it’s not only the money I paid for but it is going to be my last Hoilday with my daughter that is dying and has not long live😥I’ve been taken for a ride.

Extremely terrible service, I definitely do not recommend Aviva Visa.

One of the great agents in UK. I never thought my mom will get her visa. Its only become possible because of Aviva Visa and Bhagyashri. She is Very helpful, caring and friendly. She is always following up and encouraging you to try and look for the possible relevant documents to avoid delays and refusals.

I Would like to request the management that
They must really train their staff to value customers.
Bhagyashri is very rude and talks to the clients as if the service they provide is of no charge. If I'm paying for something I expect good/reasonable service in return . She also hangs up the phone and doesn't even return a call back. They also establish the client details as soon as the cal goes through and therefore ignore or put the call on hold.

I'm a customer from 2015 , all these years had amazing service , now the call centre is handled by staff in india, and their customer service is rubbish, they think they can talk anything to customers and be rude.

I hope Susan will look into these mattress and train her staff better or hire more qualified and professional staff.

I will have to say that from the first phone call I received from Bhagyashri followed by every other calls during my Spain application processing has been very friendly yet professional. Any doubts I had before engaging in their services was quickly erased as there were communication on every steps carried out,very straightforward requirements gathering and very documentation required were well explained and justified.
