I use AVS regularly as an individual gardener, actively landscaping and adjusting things. Will (mgr) and Dom (no.2) give excellent service and friendly as well. Phone S well as instore. The back up guys and loading team are all friendly as well. If they don’t have it, they’ll organise delivery from elsewhere or suggest alternatives. And the prices are the best in the area from merchants, and way cheaper than any garden centre. So lucky to have this nearby.

I am writing this review as Stuart Lucas’s end customer.
Myself and my wife, came to AVS because Stuart Lucas uses your products. We came to look and buy, two pieces of trellis, for a garden project, Stuart was doing for us. When purchasing the trellis, we asked if the items could be returned and we were told they could. Not once, was a handling charge mentioned, and yet when we did return them we were charged £6 !!!!
Not great customer care in my opinion

From the start Adam faulkner was so helpful and very knowledgeable, the whole experience was top class. Delivery is already booked in for a few days , thanks Adam will deffo be ordering more materials for future projects.

Just bought 21metres of featheredge fencing, posts, nails and arris rails. The quality of the products is first class and the deluvery was great too. This is for the Stone, Aylesbury location.

i've ordered 42 decking boards and during the delivery they looking ok, but when we finalised the subframe and placed the boards we realised 12 of them are totally curved, with holes and impossible to use them. I've emailed AVS asking for a replacement and has been totally ignored.

Horrified at lack of service. Visited 3 weeks ago. Ordered and paid in full for delivery Delivery day arrives….no stock no driver and insult to injury no phone call Totally inefficient and no customer care

Ordered 30 deck boards. Arrived on time, the driver dropped them in the front garden before even knocking on the door?!. When I went out he handed the receipt and on his way he goes. I moved them to the back garden. When we started putting the deck down, we noticed some of them are in a bad condition and others have green wax marking and chips. We ended up with 5 boards out of the 30 we ordered un usable as the look realy bad. I tried to clean them without luck. Called AVS and spoke to Jason the assistant manager asking them if they can replace them and sent email with proof pictures. I received response straight away saying this is natural and we can not replace them but we can sell you somemore and deliver. them.
16% of the product is in bad condition. 👎 I bought from Wickes before boards much better quality and when I checked the price they were much cheaper.
Shame on you AVS
