I ordered two 12ft posts and seven 9ft posts through the website on the 28th April. All posts were available for collection but I don't have a big enough vechicle. I thought I'd chosen delivery for 1st May but email said 3-5 business days. I hadn't had any emails regarding delivery/dispatch so I emailed them on 2nd May. Still nothing, emailed 7th May. They emailed asking for confirmation of order number, I replied same day. On 9th May they called, I was driving, so they followed up with an email it was from Assistant Branch Manager - Chichester saying they were currently OOS for the seven posts and would I like to wait for them or have part delivery now. I said I'd wait as they were expecting a delivery on the Monday and could hopefully deliver Tuesday. I emailed Manager on the Wednesday as no update, they're waiting for one more post. We are now the 20th May, still no word on delivery.

I've never had to chase a company so much for information. Why am I emailing you? You should be emailing me with updates. I can guarantee I will think twice about using this company again.

As of 22nd May I finally have all the posts. I had a call in the morning and they delivered later that day. They are good quality and everyone I encountered was polite.

I just feel I should have been kept more informed, I was expecting delivery by 6th May, not 22nd.

Ordered under 3 to 5 day delivery but only delivered after 10 days - didn’t help me much to get the job done!

Staff were very pleasant on phone when they called too give us updates regarding delivery, and part of the order wasn't in stock so we were offered a replacement at no extra cost to ourselves.

Visited Chichester branch late yesterday morning where a very helpful and cheerful young woman took my order. Order delivered early this morning by two equally helpful and cheerful men. Quality looks fine. One very happy customer who would reccomend AVS.
No idea what AVS stands for (nor had the driver) but my wife suggests A Very-good Service!

Bought some rock salt to keep the playgrounds clear. Great service and swift delivery. Salt very salty :)

Found AVS on a Google search they haven't been in Chichester long. They were very easy to deal with and the prices were great.
Alan the branch manager was very helpful on the phone, and the guy delivering everything was excellent.
I would have no hesitation recommending AVS in Chichester.
