This Henfield location was actually the very first AVS branch and a great deal of our deliveries come from here. We began trading here in 1993 and Henfield is very popular with traders and DIY customers alike.

Henfield Branch Review

Staff at the Henfield branch were very helpful, great customer service especially from the lady on the counter, will not hesitate to recommend or return.

The delivery was chaotic

The delivery was chaotic. Given a date, no-one turned up and was assured it would be out the following day. Wasted a journey to site as no delivery as promised, turned up the day after!

I apologise that our delivery service did not arrive on the specified day. we are investigating what has gone wrong with this order. At this stage, i can confirm that this is wrongly ascribed to our Henfield branch. They did not make this delivery. I will respond to your email when I have all the information, but apologies again for any inconvenience.

Superb customer service

Over and above the norm on service level to check my order was correct and then follow up. Delivery team super helpful and reliable -
All in all - couldn’t have asked for more ! Highly recommended - we will be back !

Great company and top quality products

I ordered my fencing on a Tuesday through AVS online. Very easy! I got a phone call from Toni at Henfield letting me know it would be delivered on the Friday! Much quicker than I had expected. Toni was so helpful, she went over and above for me. I had under ordered fence panels. She managed to get more out to me on the same day! Fantastic service.
