Always very helpful and great knowledge, very friendly cannot fault them

I ordered 2 concrete gravel boards, to create a flower bed in a wet area of our garden, on Thursday and they were delivered the next day !!! During the delivery I was asked if they needed cutting - which they did. The very kind delivery man returned the following afternoon and spent a good hour with us very carefully and patiently cutting them and fixing them tightly together so they did not move - and at no extra charge !!! Amazing !

What I ordered delivered when and how I needed it

Excellent all round ! Location rang me to confirm items as the order appeared incomplete (I already had certain parts for my fencing). Delivery turned up at time specified & all in good order. Both Ash & Mark were courteous, very helpful & efficient. I would have no hesitation in using AVS next time. Highly recommended !

Mark from the Rudgwick branch delivered our fencing order today. Excellent customer service, reviewed our back garden and agreed to lift over our wall onto the patio area, having moved the furniture. Extremely helpful and personable.

Had to source a couple of slatted wood wing panels to match and add to an existing set.
Found AVS held stock, but at only a couple of locations, and they managed to move them up to Rudgwick depot for delivery on to us - great service!

Local branch of AVS didn’t have stock of the aggregate I’d ordered on click and collect so they rang me and transferred order to a Lawson’s close to me. Was able to pick up immediately.

First time ordering from AVS Fencing & Landscaping Supplies but service was fantastic. Delivered the next day with a really pleasant and helpful driver. Have not used the product yet or checked it as it is well wrapped (albeit one of the packets is slightly ripped) but don’t envisage a problem at the moment. Only negative issue is the cost of delivery which I thought was a bit steep but have not deleted any stars as the website was upfront about the cost and I accepted them.

Good to have a provider of quality fence panels locally.
Prices are reasonable and because they are local the delivery charge is also sensible, especially for small orders.
Used them before and recently ordered a couple of panels recently via their website.
Good comms from Ashley at AVS, letting me know when delivery would take place. I was not going to be in to take delivery so was pleased to see when I arrived home that the guys had stowed the panels exactly where I had asked them to do so.
