First time I have used AVS Fencing in Wokingham. Very friendly and helpful service. Easy online ordering from their website, good quality products delivered within a few days with very reasonable delivery charges, would highly recommend them.
I shared an order of fence panels with my neighbour and as I had bought 2 different size panels, they rang me the day before to double-check the order was correct. The delivery driver called me when he was about 20 mins away from my address, which I really appreciated. He was also happy to help unload the panels and move them to the side of the property for us. 5 star service, thank you!

Brilliant service all the way through !
I had to amend my order twice because of my "bad planning" and Spiros Antonellos from the sale team was just great helping everytime and still delivered on the expected day before the ammendments.
Then Andy , the driver that delivered the materials was great , unloaded all on his own as no one was available at the property and even covered the timber with waterproof sheeting provided by them .

I highly recommend AVS. Their team was very helpful throughout the initial stages of ordering a bespoke shed. They kept communicating with us, with updates during the weeks leading up to delivery and installation.

Excellent service from all the staff when we went in to make enquires about the fencing products needed, to us going back in to order and then delivery. Delivery time was confirmed by text on the day by the driver. All staff were so helpful & courteous, we wouldn’t hesitate on recommending them.

Neale from AVS constructed a bespoke log store for us within a week and we are delighted with our purchase. All the staff were courteous and helpful. We altered our measurements and they were understanding and offered advice. We could find nothing online that was the unusual shape we required (200cmwx180hx800d) with a specific clearance of the bottom shelf! The delivery down a narrow passage was accommodated and the quality of the wood and structure is excellent. Thank you, we shall return!

Over 50% of the boards were warped so badly that it made it virtually impossible to lay the decking correctly.

What I needed was in stock and, when collected, the staff that had dealings with were courteous and knowledgable.
Even though my order was small I made to feel like a valued customer.
