Online Ordering efficient. Office staff at branch polite and very efficient.
However, yard member of staff who served on this occasion generally unwelcoming and rude. Uncommunicative, showed no appreciation for my custom and not so much as a thank you. Did the company a great disservice.
Yard staff in the past have always been polite, helpful and friendly.

Oak sleeper and compost ordered. Took a week to be delivered but delivered on date set when order confirmed. Quality of goods ok. Will use again.

Great and quick service. We found AVS to be the cheapest and quickest delivery at the time for what we needed. The fence panels we ordered are great quality, as are the concrete posts and kickers. The only reason we haven't rated 5 stars is because our gate is a different colour to the fence panels - when we ordered the panels, they didn't have the colour we ordered in stock so were told on the phone they could send out a different colour and would also change the gate over to the same colour and stain the gate stoppers the same colour. Other than that, we were happy with the service, quality and delivery time we received.

Great service, quick considering storm issues..

When the order arrived there was somewhat important item missing - the fence panels. This was rectified within the hour. At the same time I noticed that I had forgotten to add a repair spur to my order which I was able to get delivered when they came back with the panels.
The service when correcting both mine and AVS errors was excellent hence the 5 stars.

I received materials & my Close Edge Fence Panels 6off on the day they said, which was great, I am disabled as I have a lung condition, so the 2 men lifted the concrete posts, gravel boards and panels off and put them in a safe area. My neighbour friends lifted all into the back garden.I used to be a joiner, so with my lung condition, with the help of my wife, I am doing a concrete post and panel a day, so slowly but surely. First 3 fence panels were perfect, the last 3, I have had to repair, as there were cracks in a few close edge boards, the framework timber was coming apart. So I am a little dissappionted in the quality, as I have paid £48-93 per panel, so they should all be perfect.

AVS supplied 6 x 5 1/2 fence panels, gravel boards, and posts. All good quality and delivered in amazingly quick time. Will definitely use again.

Would have given 5 stars but out of 20 panels at least 4 were sub standard with baton struts loose and coping not attached properly. Also delivered soaking wet so extremely heavy ( I also had to help unload from lorry ).

The online buying and delivery w eff e eady and effective. Personnel contacted and met were amiable and helpful. Price was competitive.

One item that I required was not in stock and was unlikely to be in the near future. The yard assistance could be better managed. I had to move my vehicle twice to have the collection loaded.

Very good service. Item arrived 4 days before stated. The team who delivered went the extra mile and help place the item in the garden.
