Condescending assistant.
Condescending assistant.. Who, when we said we needed 3 bolts for the purchased shoulder post, said.. Our posts only have 2 holes and said he was a professional so knew.. When we collected the post.. Yep.. 3 holes.. He looked sheepish and gave us the 3rd bolt for free!!! 😂

Great service
Great service, very helpful. Would be five stars except for the fact they didn't quite have what I was after, and trying to work out what was in stock was a bit tricky on the website. However, the store staff were really helpful when I called.

Easy to use website but stock not guaranteed !
Easy to use website and ordered two trellis panels payment done etc. Site then advised check stock at requested local branch for click and collect. Now after closing so could not be sure order would be available for click and collect. Phoned first thing difficult to get through to speak to someone. We could have gone 'on spec' as very short drive to local branch. Eventually got through Product was available and very pleased with quality.

A very positive experience
Placed the order on line and got an email to say they were out of stock. So I gave them a call to find out when they would have stock and the member of staff recovered my order, looked at stock levels and agreed that the item was out of stock but recommended an alternative which I duly accepted. Then he looked at the delivery and said that the order could be delivered that afternoon and two hours later the order arrived.
The delivery driver was very cheerful and left the panels exactly where I wanted them
The quality of the fence panels are first class and fitted perfectly.
