Really impressed with their customer service. I had an issue with my order and they sorted it really quickly and efficiently.

Amazingly good customer service. Initial order was backed up with a confirmation email from a member of their team and not automatically-generated. Had to contact customer service with regard to an issue with a lead. Speedy response and new lead received in two days.

Fast delivery, good communication and excellent products. What more can I say, a decent company to buy from!

the refurbished apple airpods were of very poor quality, I've returned them and haven't heard from the company or received my refund yet :(

Ordered a Samsung smart watch ⌚ kept me informed all the way when it will be delivered and arrived in few days. Well recommended seller excellent service now i will be ordering one more watch from them for the wife. Thank guys.

Ordered set of black Bluedio headphones in February 2019,
They arrived but with no cables and no carrier bag, i e mailed the company they said they would send these out but did not.
I e mailed again and they said to return headphones, but i would prefer to have the missing parts after spending so much on these.
No contact since....
Not very happy...

I've only bought from them once and I've absolutely no complaints. The package was delivered within the stated time and also in fab condition. I would definitely buy from Avtronics again

The item, a hdmi splitter was ordered received but faulty.
However a replacement was very quickly dispatched and received
and worked brilliantly..

Ordered a product, was delivered quickly. Product not compatible with my mobile device, it said it was on the website. Contacted seller, swiftly returned and refunded me.
Ok the product was not correct, but the customer service received was second to none.

A reasonably good product (Samsung charging pad) but it advertises on the product that it is fast charging, it does not. it can take up to 8 hours to charge. Good if your charging overnight not good for day charging.

Samsung Fast Charger all as described. Arrived early so really happy great experience. Would definitely use again.
