Away is such a fabulous company. I have had both my large suitcase and carry-on for nine years and they have held up remarkably well with all of the travel I do. My large suitcase I noticed had a crack in the corner, and they replaced it immediately! They stand by their product, and if something needs to be replaced, they do not hesitate. 10/10 recommend!

I had an older Away suitcase and the zipper broke and filed a claim that was resolved in a few days. I now have a new bag that works great along with the other larger ones that I own from the Away line. Great products, warranties and quick problem solving! Love all of the Away products!

I had my suitcase for over 5 years until an issue arose, which the wheels were worn and one broke, while traveling, which caused the other wheels to also start to break and disintegrate as they are made of rubber like actual tires (which is why these suitcases have a superior roll!)

I submitted a claim online and AWAY immediately mailed me a new wheel kit which I received within days, and was able to simply replace the wheels (only tool needed was a screwdriver!) and continue using my great suitcase which has been around the world. Good as new! So grateful for their quick and easy service!

I have purchased quite a few Away pieces. My large case, which has traveled around the world with me, had some wear and tear that would turn into a major problem if it wasn’t fixed. The back seam was starting to unravel and there was a small crack in the shell. I emailed the warranty department with details and a new one was shipped immediately. They stand by their warranty.
