This process was very easy. My son had certain criteria he wanted within his pc and also a budget. We put everything together for a great price and the pc was built and delivered in 6 days. Could not of asked for better service and was kept upto date with all stages. I will definitely use this company again. Very happy with my purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
They advertised an item as being in stock, so I placed an order and paid extra for next-day delivery. After taking my payment, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and wouldn't be available until Monday.
When the order finally arrived, they had sent the wrong item. I was then told there had been an issue because "the manufacturer had provided a duplicate barcode" and that they no longer had the correct item in stock.
I asked the company to honour the order, as I had received an order confirmation for the item I purchased, but they refused. Their response was dismissive and they took no responsibility for the inconvenience they had caused.
To make matters worse, there were further delays in processing my refund, despite the errors being entirely on their side. I ultimately had to raise a payment dispute with my bank to recover my money.
This was my first purchase from this company, and it will definitely be my last.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we are sorry that your experience with us fell short of what you expected.
We would like to clarify what happened for transparency. The case you originally ordered, the Helios I, is an end of life product, and due to an internal error it was incorrectly matched to a different case on our system, which is why the wrong item was sent out. We fully acknowledge that this was a mistake on our end and we are sorry for the confusion it caused.
Whilst the incorrect cases were being returned to us, we offered two resolutions. Either a full refund of your order, or the option to upgrade to the Helios II at £30 below our website price.
Unfortunately, the Helios II is a different and significantly more expensive product than the discontinued Helios I, so while we were happy to offer it at a reduced rate, we were not able to supply it at no additional cost as this would have gone well beyond the value of the original order.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry that we were unable to reach an agreement that suited you. It was never our intention to be dismissive, and we did genuinely try to offer a fair resolution given the circumstances.
We are sorry again for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve going forward.

Aio cooler
Ordered something, told it was out of stock, but they managed to get it in and delivered quickly
My only problem was with DPD and pin requirement, but that not an awd-it problem per day.
Customer service was really good and prompt with responses.

New Gaming PC
When I set up my new PC Windows 11 wouldn't boot up. Kian from Tech Support went over and above ro get my system up and running, seemed a bios corruption was the cause. Some cmd prompt work sorted it out and I am now able to fly my Sim. System is awesome 👌

Never Shop Here - Go To Overclockers
Firstly products were delivered to the wrong house, cpu box was not included, motherboard came with a bent pin and upon cintacting customer support enacting my rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 to return the product with prepaid postage and full refund, they blame shifted and attempted to blame me for the bent pin.

We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. Your order was supplied as a pre-assembled motherboard and CPU bundle, which means the CPU was already installed in the socket on arrival. Before dispatch, our team fully assembled the bundle, tested it, and updated the BIOS as requested, all of which we have records of on our end.
When the order reached you, you contacted us initially believing the CPU had not been included, before then discovering it was already installed in the board and removing it, at which point the bent socket pin was found. As the bundle left us assembled, tested and working, there was no reason for the CPU to be further removed on your end
We completely understand your frustration, and we are not trying to place blame. Ive sent an email over this morning; we would encourage you to get in touch so we can work through this with you.
Again, we are sorry this has been a frustrating experience, and we do want to help bring it to a resolution.

I ordered the bundle of board and CPU
I ordered the bundle of board and CPU. Once it arrived I checked it and one of the board pins is bent. I contacted them straight away and to my horror they refused to acknowledge the issue. They tried to blame me. Also I believe the CPU is a 2nd hand unit and not new. No box supplied either. I dont even know if it works because I have no board to try it. They have so far refused to help me in anyway or replace the board. I found them arrogant and ignornant. I will be taking this all the way out of principle. DO NOT USE.

We would like to reassure you, and anyone reading, that we do not use second hand CPUs in any of our builds or bundles. All processors are purchased brand new from our suppliers, and this particular bundle was assembled and tested by our team before it was dispatched. The reason that our bundles do not come with CPU boxes would be due to the fact that these are tray stock, specifically new CPUs minus the OEM packaging.
We understand there is a concern regarding the socket, and we do want to look into this properly for you rather than leave things unresolved. If you would be able to send your order number over to us at support@awd-it.co.uk, we will happily re-review your order and work with you towards a fair outcome.
