Always available and always helpful! That's why I stay with AWeber. When I started my company back in 2007, AWeber was recommended, and year after year they continue to deliver. To be able to speak with a human being who will patiently walk me through all my tech issues is priceless!

There is not much to say, I asked for help on a problem related to Landing Pages and the response was quick and solved the problem without having to ask for additional explanations. For me it was a perfect service.

I am a newbie to the whole email marketing thing and aweber is my first dabble with software like this.
It does what it does.
The reason for my review is to praise the boys and girls in the support department. I have asked some questions that I couldn't find answers to in google or Aweber help (which is very comprehensive) and the support staff have been patient and helpful.
I have reported a couple of legitimate bugs/issues in the software which I am incredibly surprised havnt been picked up. It remains to be seen whether they are resolved.
Big praise for Kayla H and Hector , Kayla sorted me out in a chat on a Sunday and Hector is fielding my bugs
I have no problem giving the guys 5/5

Love how simple Aweber make it to run your emails! Their extensive help section with great videos also make it easy to keep going even when working late into the night or over weekends.

AWeber helped me build out a highly responsive list of subscribers.
I use their landing page builder so that I pre-sell products I promote on email sequences... And everything is done within the platform.
My campaigns look professional & are easily setup with drag & drop features.
