Can’t believe they’re still taking orders if they can’t fulfil anything! I placed two orders both of which were delayed, then my emails were ignored. Then I had to get my money back through PayPal! Avoid!
More like 'awful' merch
I am only giving one star as I can't give zero. I have used Awesome Merchandise many times over the years and don't know whats happened to them...they used to be awesome now they are awful! Two months to receive an order, only when I contacted them directly was I told the machine was broken...to then be fobbed off with it'll be a week....its in the queue...its almost ready. I ordered these within plenty of time ready for the Christmas Market and have now missed out on those potential sales. Sadly I will never again use what used to be a great company.

Worthless and very disappointed. previously ordered beautiful business cards from this company and wanted to do this again. Ordered two months ago and have not received anything yet. customer service sends you from pillar to post. Very unfortunate as I used to be really pleased with my previous purchase.

Two months of lies and being fobbed off. I used Awesome out of some misguided sense of loyalty as i like yo support Leeds’ business. But after taking payment two months ago for some mugs we wanted to give to customers for Christmas they now ignore emails. No sign of the product. Ive used Awesome under different businesses ive owned for some years but no more. A five minute internet search will provide better merchants in terms of quality, price and certainly service. Awesome really need to think about a name change as they’re anything but…
Either a scam or just terribly mismanaged
I’m not saying anything new here, according to what I’m seeing in these reviews, but I am so disappointed. Ordered some wrapping paper in September, based on a predicted 15 (working) days production time, thinking that even if it was delayed a little it would still get to me in time to sell to customers for the holidays. At the beginning of October, they told me my designs had been sent to the printer and then I didn’t hear anything else. Once November rolled around I started getting nervous and emailed them explaining that I needed these items for Christmas and customers had preordered it. They assured me that it was in the process of being printed and that it would arrive by the end of the month. On December 3rd, I emailed them and said that if printing hadn’t even started, I would just like a refund and they said that was fine. Now I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost a month. I recently suggested that perhaps I could do store credit (because I just want some sort of compensation), but now I’m nervous that if I make a different order, I will never get those items either. Ended up having to rush order wrapping paper from another company for my preorder customers and didn’t really make any money on them. This is just all so disappointing as a small business where every dollar counts. I honestly wouldn’t have even cared if they had just been up front that production was delayed (I get that it’s a busy time of year) but the fact that they kept saying it was being printed when it was not (I could have planned my holiday merchandise accordingly and not sold several sheets of wrapping paper that didn’t exist if I had known) and that i can’t trust that my store credit will actually result in actual new products being sent to me is so disappointing. Hope they are not a scam and just struggling with keeping up with production times (and that they will get their stuff together) but not feeling hopeful right now.

Thankfully my payment was rejected by my bank, and in doing some further digging, have come across this great number of complaints that all support the same statement. They've been super responsive about placing the order but not to be trusted.

Shame you can't leave zero stars. This company is a disgraceful scam. Wilfully misleading people, holding on customers' money. Renaming the business to write off a load of debts, then pretending it never happened. Publicly declaring they will look after customers - then doing nothing of the sort. There's a reason they've turned off all ability to comment on their socials and closed their phone lines........... AVOID AT ALL COSTS - There are SO many good companies out there who won't rip you off. Do not give these con artists another penny.

Former employee...... Avoid at all costs........ All the experienced staff have left and we recently found out the company has been stealing our pension contributions.... Taken from our wages and never paid to the pension company since May this year.
Over 2 months without producing or shipping.
Made an order in mid-October.
Kept asking how it is progressing and they informed me after a month and a half that their machine is broken and it will be sent the following week.
After a week they said again there was a problem and that they hope to send it a week later.
So after waiting for 2 months, and kept receiving emails of "something is wrong, maybe next week", we canceled.
terrible company- just taking money and not sending goods
i'd always been pleased with things i ordered from awesome merch and when i heard they'd gone into administration- it was sad. but then to hear they were up and running again, under print inc- i trusted them with my calendars this year- ordered in September, they never arrived. I eventually had to have them re done by a different company who turned them around in 3 days. Unfortunately, Awesome merch have stopped answering emals, and closed my order but kept my money.
I dont understand how they can keep sending emails with offers when they are not fullfilling the orders they have...
surely taking money for a service that you have no intention of fullfiling is theft?

I placed an order in September, I have heard nothing since! No one will answer my emails or calls. The money has left my account but no one will help me with my order. It’s SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I am a struggling small business so things like this really upset me. I will never use this company again.

Awesome Merch used to be brilliant and I used them for years. Fast forward to now and it's like a completely different company, communication is abysmal and when you ask for a delivery date you get
odd replies like 'it'll be a couple of weeks, all being well' I mean how on earth am I supposed to work with that?!
I have been chasing for my order to be cancelled, never received a reply, logged in today to see they have cancelled it. Just seriously worrying and would not bother ordering here any more. You're better off going to one of the big dogs like Hotline or Merchery.
Sad times as I had fond memories of working with Awesome Merch and loved working with an indie brand.
Edit - 8th December they told me the order was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. 22nd of December they charged me. No idea what is going on.

POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY ON THE INTERNET… BOYCOTT!
So, I previously used this company and had no issues, I pledged an order the end of October for A3 Wall Calendars, they are STILL not here! No tracking has been provided, I was promised I’d receive the order over 2 weeks ago, but to no avail. The phone lines also do not work. This company needs reporting and taking off the internet. How they can advertise for more custom when they can’t fulfil the orders they do have is preposterous. I will be contacting a legal representative and the financial ombudsman today. As I have not received my refund. Any compensation for the inconvenience or my order.
UPDATE!! It's a shame but don't use them
OK so I won't delete my previous review but, I got contacted with a new email address, I was asked for the file to be printed and today I received the correct order at no charge, maybe things have changed and I have decided to give it a go again when I make my new order.... "It's a shame.... I have ordered quite a few items from this company in the past and the last one was not what I ordered. I have emailed them several times but no response, the phones cut off so no chance of speaking to anyone, really disappointed"
