Great service as always from Awesome Merchandise, I've ordered multiple batches of t-shirts and other merchandise from them and every time they have nailed it. The proofs are always exactly what I was expecting, and the final products are perfect.

Sadly this time my experience has not been good. Previous times it was amazing. I have tried numerous times to call and email and never get a response. I wanted to approve my image but wasn’t given the opportunity now I have 250 business cards that are virtually impossible to read.

Do not purchase from this company - I requested for some stickers to be created but they were so poor in dealing with my request that I requested a refund. 3 months later I still haven't been refunded and I have called their number multiple times and been left on answer phone. Day light robbery, I don't know how this company is still allowed to legally be running?

Ordered from their website in July. Heard nothing from them till end of August, where they tell me it will be a further three weeks. As they had missed their SLA I requested a refund on the 31st August. The 6th September I'm told that my refund is now with accounts. I request a date for the refund and then hear nothing from them. They do not reply to emails. Their phone system appears to be off.

As a small business owner outgoing costs have a huge effect on the everyday running of the business. This company has taken, what for us (especially in the cost of living crisis) represents the paying of a bill, heating costs, on going costs. And yet they stay silent.

We had to source another printer (and be sure they weren't on the edge of bankruptcy like this one) and shell out even more money to get the job done. It made the delivery date late and that then has a reputation effect on our company in the eyes of our clients.

I've never experienced such a lack of care or respect to customers. I've never had a poorer service. I normally don't leave reviews, but this company has effected the running of my own company, put my reputation into question and taken my money.

UPDATE 30.11.22: The company has now replied to this review with just meaningless nothingness. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying that I will now have to chase my refund with administrators. Even though for months, they said they would refund me direct.

I got in contact with the administrators, I got an automated response on the 21st November and they said they will reply in 4-6 working days. The reply is yet to appear.

Awesome (ironic) Merchandise are still trading, with the same owners. They have taken my money, lied about a refund and their administrators have misled me on when I will get more information.

This company is a farce and strongly recommend you do not use them.

UPDATE - 13.12.2022
Just heard back from the administrators of Awesome Merchandise: Interpath Ltd. They have told me this:

'Any monies owed to you at the date of appointment, 25 August 2022, will be an unsecured claim in the administration. Please note at this moment in time we do not believe there will be enough funds to enable a distribution to unsecured creditors.'

Awesome Merchandise is in administration and there is no money to refund all the people they ripped off.

You may ask why the website is still there and they are still taking orders? The current people who own Awesome, Print.Inc Group Limited, are the same people who owned it when it went bust, Mr Luke William Hodson.

They have taken my money, lied to me, failed to deliver, fobbed me off to another company, knowing full well there was no money to refund. As it seems they were using that to buy it back at a discounted bankrupt price.

After placing an order with them 6 weeks ago and approving the proofs 4-5 weeks ago then have just informed me that the garments I had paid for are out of stock and suggested another colour which is totally not suitable. I was only informed of this news because I had chased them up for an update on delivery. It's unbelievable that they hadn't even begun the production!!

It's impossible to speak to anyone at the company and they take days or no reply at all to emails.

This is unacceptable and will be taking matters further if refund is not sent promptly.

Oh and they've turned off ability for anyone to comment on thier Instagram posts, clearly they are trying to hide the fact that they are operating a shady business.

Truly terrible in every respect. Took my money and eventually, over a month late, something resembling my order turned up. I'd ordered 6000 cards (1000 x 6 designs), got two boxes over two days of mixed up cards, a few hundred of one, a few hundred of another, less of others, and no communication at any time from the company. A total disaster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful company. Ordered and paid for hats, then found out they had filed for administration the previous week, yet they still took my money. Bought back out by same owner, no one answers the phone, say they’re giving my money back but never answer any emails.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed a large order of t-shirts 6 months ago (IN MAY!!!!) that were never delivered- any communication from the company stopped in August, haven't heard a single thing since. They have taken a large amount of money, without a refund, or product. I do not recommend and advise anyone else not to order in from this company in the future.

Used to be great then started to slide down hill on quality and customer service. I’ve been waiting for a refund since beginning of September and all my emails and social media messages are being ignored completely

Didn't really want to do this but its left me no other option. This company is the biggest joke of a company I've ever used in my whole life. I placed a Order with them over two months ago for about £300. I am yet to receive my items. Im being ignored by customer service and they don't answer the phone. Louise hasn't replied to my emails and the fact that a big corporation are taking money off small businesses during this cost of living crisis is disgusting. I have no idea what I'm meant to do now I'm literally down £300 and are already struggling as it is without having to take a £300 loss to a massive company who clearly don't care at all about there customers. Sort it out. Bet now that ive left a bad review it was coincidentally get resolved by support. The whole company should be ashamed to call themselves " Awesome Merchandise "

Iv never been treated this before with any company. I had given them a lot of money, and after 5 months they f cancelling my order I still haven’t received my money. Which was a lot! Don’t ever buy from them. Disgusting excuse of a company.

Company is frauding people out of money. It's gone into administration and is only trading under the name and just taking customers money

Great quality product. Great response for artwork turnaround etc. Very competitive price.
The only thing that made it a 4 star rather than 5 star experience was that it arrived later than I expected (but the lateness was probably the fault of Royal Mail).
This relates to an order for business cards.

EDIT: I am unable to reply to the comment below. order no. 254-SO391367, I have just found out they have gone into administration and I'm waiting a £300 refund!

I used to love awesome merchandise, I’ve used it frequently in the past, they e been efficient and great quality, but recently, it’s been an absolutely shambles. My recent order has been messed about so many times, and 2 weeks later, I’ve still not received anything or have confirmation it is being printed. I had to resend the art work 5 times, I’m sure somebody wasn’t downloading the updated files so I was constantly told they were incorrect. I checked every time and they were fine my end. I had an original email to say it was already being printed then the next email said they couldn’t print it because of the art size being incorrect again. Yesterday, I had a messages that agreed to a refund, then another customer service assistant spoke very rudely to me saying simply ‘12 days’ Nothing else. So unprofessional. I have asked what 12 days means. If they expect me to wait another 12 for printing I will be furious. I have already placed my order somewhere else.

Basically; the main issue is communication. If I had the same stream of communication this shouldn’t be an issue. I’m being passed around by so many, I don’t think anyone knows what’s going on with me order!

I have been a customer of Awesome Merchandise for many years so I am extremely disappointed by the poor service I am experiencing. I ordered and paid for 50 pairs of drum-sticks (nearly £200) for my small business at the beginning of August 2022. It’s now November and still no sticks. My requests for a refund are being completely ignored and no-one will answer the phone or emails. A disgusting way to treat your customers! (order no. SO384083)
