Overall, good
The made to measure door was the correct size and of very good quality. Unfortunately it arrived with several scratches and marks for which the company sent a used touch up pen. Once fitted in and with a bit of a touch up it looked fine. Advice, take a bit more care with the packaging.

I purchased a door and a window, the Quality, price and time scale all good.
I'm not a professional installer so I needed lots of info, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Newly Installed, first looks are positive
Product was just installed and looks great. Drop off was trackable and polite. There was an issue with broken glass but the piece was already scheduled to be dropped off the following week before we even found out about it. This was explained as the rest of the door was being delivered and was greatly appreciated that we needed to do nothing else, just wait for the replacement glass which came right on time.
