Disappointing service
Chased up an order made 2 weeks ago only to be told that they don't actually have the products in stock and at least a 6 week wait. Was advised that I had been sent an E-mail explaining this, but nothing ever received, and customer service guy stated he couldn't now find the E-mail he had sent ..even quoted my E-mail address wrong. Won't be using again and refund requested.

This was my first time of using this Company. I purchased a glazed internal door. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I have since purchased a second door and had the same experience. The company offers modern styles at great prices and quality, which means the core of the door has a greater depth of real wood than some other sellers. They were also primed. I am pleased to have found ‘A Wood Idea’ and highly recommend this brand and its offerings.
