Absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable about furniture construction and quickly steered us to a Tetrad Havana suite that we couldn’t be more delighted with. The price was the best too. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I recently moved from London to East Yorkshire and required some garden furniture for my new home. My sister and brother-in-law visited the Harrogate Garden Show earlier this year and recommended that I look at what AW Robinson had to offer. I first looked at the store’s Web site and was delighted by what I saw. We subsequently visited the store in Grimsby and were able to view a range of garden furniture, some of which had not been featured on the Web site. I selected four chairs, a table and, additionally, a dog basket.

The reception at the Grimsby store was warm and friendly, and our questions were answered courteously and knowledgeably. We received good advice about the care and maintenance of the furniture that we were interested in buying. The quality of the items that I decided to buy was very much better than anything that I had seen elsewhere, and the prices were reasonable.

Delivery to East Yorkshire was arranged. No deposit was asked for. Full payment was only required once the order had been delivered and that on arrival the furniture met with my full satisfaction. The items arrived in perfect condition.

I have been delighted with my experience with this supplier and have no hesitation in recommending AW Robinson. I would have no concerns about conducting business with them again.

Stumbled across AW Robinson online while looking for a company to supply a couple of Tetrad pieces I’d decided on. After several companies miss pricing/ miss listing etc, I found Robinsons… best price and free delivery.

I was a little nervous using a small family business for a large purchase, but following a chat with David to arrange the deposit, my mind was at rest.

My sofa and armchair arrived in line with the given lead time, just as expected and beautiful!

But Robinsons acting as the agent, were polite, efficient, and such a personal service, and the delivery which they undertook themselves was so friendly. David was a delight to deal with on the phone, as was his assistant.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use AW Robinsons again.

Met them at the Harrogate garden show on Sunday, we purchases so loving baskets and boxes at great price. The furniture was absolutely stunning and I will defo be in touch when I need something. This is the second time we have bought Teak garden furniture from AW&I Robinson at The Malvern Spring Show. High quality solid Teak benches that we are very happy with. Excellent delivery. Would have no hesitation buying from them again.
