Poor quality fasteners leach confidence

I had to replace a crash bar housing as something had fallen apart inside. This is fixed using M6 grub screws. The screws provided were of very poor quality. You had to rotate the Allen key by 30 degrees before the screw began to tighten. This is asking to round it off. When I took the old one off one had been replaced with a bolt and one was rounded off. I contacted the company and was given the mobile number of the MD. I left a text but no response. I will have to obtain replacements elsewhere.
