The sprayer got the wrong message and could t come to my house , I had to travel 25miles to him. No number to contact Axioma

Dan did an excellent job on my off side wing bumper. Good communication from stay to finish. Reasonable priced, would recommend to anybody.

I actually took out insurance to cover minor scrapes but the area I scraped wasn’t covered on the insurance??!!

Anyhow, I had to find an external provider and the guy I had (jack) was super nice and made having to pay so much more palatable.

Great communication throughout. Ben who came was prompt efficient and did a fantastic job for me. Reasonably priced too. Will definately recommend to any of our car club members or friends who need help. Thank you again Ben..

Lee arrived exactly in the time slot he had messaged me with the day before and was polite, friendly and extremely efficient throughout.
He did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with it and now my car is back to its best with none of the inconvenience for me of having to go to a garage and at a very reasonable price in my opinion.

Repairer booked job in I sent video of damage he said it was all ok to repair no issues.

Day before he made an excuse up that his van wasnt working, then same thing once we rearranged date. He then made another date to come and I said I couldnt do that date and he just ignored me, not response at all.

I waited in as Axioma told me the repair was still happening and then I recieved a refund on the morning of job with a terrible excuse as to why they couldnt do the work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Lee arrived on time was extremely kind and friendly, the car repair was to a passenger door with a dent and a scrape, he repaired all the damage made good everything and cant even see were the damage was, re sprayed the door absolutely fantastic
All this done at my own home on a day I chose at an extremely good price, all I had to supply was a source of electric power. Absolutely brilliant service, repaired my car without hassle of insurance claim, would recommend to anyone.

Near side wing and bumper was repaired fairly. No issue with that. But later on we realised the screen washer wasn’t working. I try to contact to our repairman to get to know if the motor was unplugged and how to get to there to plug it back in, we didn’t receive any response. Now, we will have to find other means to rectify the issue and potentially with a cost. I regret to choose this service, if I would go with body shop, there would be at least someone to listen the issues with a cost of time and travel.

Good communication from start to finish, once I accepted the quote & selected date & paid deposit & then wait for nominated date for Andrew to arrive. Did exactly what was needed to be done & very happy with the result. Andrew was a thoroughly nice chap, extremely professional.

My car was repaired but the paint colour is different . Very disappointed .

I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I'll make an exception. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dumitru did a fantastic job. I genuinely cannot see where my car was damaged previously. Price was reasonable and Dumitru fully deserves his tip.

The process was simple up load a picture of the damage . They send a quote soon after which was followed up by Imogen who was helpful. Once agreed you are allocated a repair date and a technician. Once selected you pay a deposite and the appointment is confirmed. Dan was the Technican and we were extremely pleased with him and the quality of the repair. Thank you for a stress free process.

Before reading my review, consider these three independent assessments of the same repair:

• Lease company inspector: “Poor Repair” and “Dirt in Paint.”
• Axioma’s Managing Director, Stefano Sironi: “faulty work.”
• Nationwide Bank representative: “faulty goods,” before my successful debit card Chargeback claim was upheld and I was refunded £347.

These descriptions come from three entirely independent sources—not from me.

The Review

I entrusted Axioma with repairing my Nissan Qashqai before returning it to the lease company. The agreed price for the repair was £347. During the repair, the Axioma operative told me that part of the original quotation was incorrect. I was instructed to pay a further £120 in cash so that the repair could be completed. Having little choice, I paid the additional amount, bringing the total to £467.

As is usual, the lease company commissioned an independent inspection of the vehicle prior to its collection. The inspector recorded Axioma’s operative’s work as “Poor repair” and identified “Dirt in paint” on the repaired panel. As a result, I was charged £311 because the repair failed to meet the required standard. I was also informed that it would have been better to return the vehicle unrepaired than to have such a “poor-quality” repair.

I complained to Axioma and supplied the independent inspection report together with supporting evidence, including the lease company’s report and my bank statement showing the £120 cash withdrawal made at the time of the repair. In our correspondence, Axioma’s Managing Director described the repair (£347) as “faulty work” but denied responsibility for the additional £120. He offered to reimburse only the lease company’s charge of £311.

I therefore submitted a Chargeback claim through my bank. During the process, Nationwide’s representative advised me that I was likely to be reimbursed because, in their words, I had paid by debit card for “faulty goods.” My Chargeback claim was subsequently upheld, and Nationwide refunded the £347 I had paid to Axioma. (As the additional £120 had been paid in cash, that amount cannot be recovered).

As a pensioner living on a limited income, I found the entire experience both financially unsettling and emotionally draining. I paid Axioma £467 in good faith for what should have been a straightforward repair. Instead, has become an expensive, time-consuming and deeply disappointing experience.

I am sharing my story to help other consumers make an informed decision. If you are arranging repairs before returning a leased vehicle—or simply expect workmanship that will pass an independent inspection—I hope this review helps you make an informed choice.

The guy that repaired my bumber went and instead of painting the lower bumper that had silver colour went and made it darker instead of silver Mw19fxv. I am not too impressed with the work
