First they pay for a few weeks but with no reason at all, withdrawals stops before I've managed to take my initial capital out. But at least I've managed to withdraw 3/4 of my capital. You never get a reply from their Support and admin. Total scam!!! Stay away!

This company is a scammer I do not recommend investing in. Beware

I have been trying to get my account back since late January of this year. They say the process takes 7 days, and when asked they where saying things like "the admins will contact you soon" or "it will be just a few more days". This went on for weeks. Now they do not even have live chat available. The entire issue was due to one of their reps giving me bad info on managing someone else's account.

This is a fraudulent site, do not invest. I have 2 withdrawals pending for 1 week, they do not pay.
Do not invest here, you will lose your money.

Two months after my account was purportedly suspended my over $13k is still trapped with AX Trader. All attempts to have my money returned to me have failed. All I get is that Admin will contact me and they never do. Please do not give your money to this company. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

This most horrible experience yet!!! I have a withdrawal that has been pending for a week now. For a bit, I was able to communicate with support through live chat, then the chat was removed. I have sent over 10 emails and haven't received a response to any of them. I had a random referral pop-up in my account and requested it be removed because I wasn't aware of the person but it's still in the account as we speak. I was referred by someone and asked if my referrals account could be updated to reflect and it never happened. I feel scammed, frustrated, and extremely angry because the customer service is trash and I haven't been able to withdraw profit made. No one at this company is trying to correct it at all.

ax trader aint lettin me withdraw my damn funds what is this bs. It let me withdraw my money before, now i cant.
they blocked me of the chat support so i cant even talk to them, what a fraud ass website. Anytime i try 24 hours pass and the money goes back to my ax trader balance i been tryin to withdraw for over a week now.

This site is no longer paid. This site was also scammed and I lost $ 100. Do not invest a single cent at all. They are scammers And take care of your capital.
They are swindlers and I's my post and vile. I have a screenshot and if they flag it, I can submit it to the site management to prove that they are cheating on me.

SCAMMERS!!! I have been invested 200 dollars on this Scam platform and withdrawals have been made and I have not received any money.Do not invest your money in there.

I invested on ax trader. About $1670 I initiated withdrawal from my account and I was declined and I did multiple times. I complained to the customer care they kept telling me to be patient and they disenabled the customers chatting room. At least one good turn deserve another. If you pay accurately you will make more money from our referrals who have seen our dividends. I have not been my self since days now . I can't eat and can't sleep. God created these world for everyone to be happy .i don't need to no axtrader before investing on the scheme but I move on trust,its was trust that lead me there.
Please I want you to help me recover my money back. So I can withdraw and do a better investment.
Please people are waiting to hear beautiful testimonies on withdrawal. Why should man be unkind to mankind.?

Since April 1, I have not been able to withdraw. For the moment, the impossibility of withdrawal is done with a lot of tact on the part of Ax Trader.
Indeed, on April 1, 2021, I launched a withdrawal request which, like the previous ones, had to be completed after 24 hours. Here is that after almost 24 hours of waiting, my withdrawal request was canceled and the amount transferred to my account balance.
I figured that since Ax Trader always paid me my requested withdrawals, so it was I who inadvertently hit the cancel request withdrawal button on my last visit to the follow-up page of the withdrawal.
So I relaunched for the second time on April 2, 2021, the withdrawal request. Same scenario! on April 3, 2021, Ax Trader again canceled my withdrawal request and returned the amount to my account balance. Why ? I emphasize that before me, my referrer or sponsor had the same experience before seeing his account blocked for reasons that do not hold.
What will be the next negative action that I can expect from what was right there for me, the very serious Ax Trader, good payer? Blocking my funds? May be.
