It took a few days but my request was handled to my satisfaction.

I has ever used this Fraud Offerwall Bulshit company and play one of their offered games, it's called "Klondike Adventures" and it was so difficult to reach and complete the requirements but i manage to do it at the end, but then the offer status was rejected and i'm complaint to them about their bulshit nonsense rejecting status and mad about it, due to i has struggling so much and waste my time just to seriously play and complete their task and i has emailed them but they DIDN'T RESPOND AT ALL and i keep message them through email and determined to get my supposed reward, until im become bored and give up, that's the story so i already put many effort onto their bulshit offer, but what they did to me are like that

Did not get back to the ticket sent and now i see i can sent a new, they dont answer support, I dit not get the reward i was playing for 17x7.60 reward, they know what it is for. Dont wast your time on them.

I completed 2 paid offers from ayeT-Studios totalling $30 and was denied compensation.

After initially completing the offers I submitted a support ticket, including screenshots of proof, when my reward never appeared.

The next day I received a response asking for more screenshots. I sent them screenshots from my bank account to prove that I was charged the amount required for the offer.

A day later I received an email that stated "I want to inform you that I have added the reward/s to your account for this specific offer.
The reward should be in your account in several minutes."
I never got it so I replied to the email about not receiving the reward.

A day later, they emailed me this response:
"We regret to inform you that, after a thorough investigation, we've determined that you aren't eligible for a reward for this offer. There can be several reasons why you have not received your reward.
Technical issues on your side:
May not be compatible with mobile device (software, settings)
The app or product may have been used before engaging with the offer
Not all conditions might be fulfilled
A VPN/Proxy may have been used to start an offer."

I have done similar offers with them which were immediately credited that's why I continued doing offers.
NEVER AGAIN... DO NOT DO ANY PAID OFFERS FROM AYET STUDIOS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE A LOSS.

Update 2:
I received again an answer, they are very polite and prompt when they do answer, and the points are given instantly, but I must warn you to be aware that you may never get a response. I consider myself lucky, but I will no longer take their offers for a while as I do not find ok to be a matter of luck if I am paid for my work

So they never answer anymore, they do not answer to my friends either that have in pending emails for more than a month
Sadly, they are scammers, the only thing positive is that their tracker works a liiiitle bit better at least for small amounts of points

After contacting them, they responded on email after more than 2 weeks, but responded eventually and rewarded my points instantly.

Completed an offer waited 24 still no reward I even contacted them through email just for to not respond

I completed a game through TimeWall according to the specified conditions. I have not received the reward, it is in rejected status. There is no way to submit a support ticket, there is only a pile of information, all of which is useless. The task was completed, I did not use a VPN, I was a completely new player, I had never played this game before. It's all just a waste of time and a scam.

Scammers .. they never respond to tickets , i have like 3 tickets and nobody come back to me ... no issues for first to levels on games but as soon as you spend more time and dedicate more money and time in game for higher levels this are never rewarded and nobody from support would ever help you . Stay away from this scammers better check their competitors which are way better ...

The customer service was excellent. It got back to me within 24 hours. They were helpful in answering my question. I gave them 5 stars.

Did an ayet studios offer through freecash that took me a month to complete. All the smaller rewards credited instantly, but the 'bigger reward' never did ($17). I submitted my ticket 3 months ago and have never heard back. I have tried to reach out to ayet studios through every contact address they have and still have never heard back and received nothing. They say theyll take around 10 business days or less to respond. I have pretty much no hope of ever receiving my award or even hearing back from them. A disgrace of a company that runs scams. Don't ever do an offer through them because your hard earned money and time will be wasted.

I completed 2 paid offers on their offerwall. But instead of rewarding me the credits, it's telling me that both paid and completed offers are pending for 30 days. There was nothing in the offer instructions that stated that the reward may be on hold for 30 days. I've put in a ticket for both offers. And only received an automated email for one.

Dishonest. They do not honor their rules. You complete levels for credits and it says you will receive them within 24 hours. Credits never show up. When questioned, you get a generic response. Definitely not recommended!!

Ayet Studios failed to hold their end of the bargain and pay out and reaching goals and despite waiting 3 days to issues a ticket it's been over a month and no response.

I did not have any problems With this offerwall when I completed a task I got my rewards in 2 hours or 4. I do see the bad reviews and most look like it is bad support but most people use VPN nowadays well offerwalls might deny if they notice it so make sure VPN is off

Being waiting 15 days with 2 open tickets: 551681 and 548509 and still no response and the game never tracked properly never got the credits to this day...
EDIT:After 2 months i got paid all the credits but it took 2 whole months to get a response...

You have to wait forever for support to answer and when they finally answer after 2 months, saying they credit you in several minutes and then still get nothing in your account. Seems like a scam to me. This happened to me for the scalable capital offer. Had to wait 2 months for answer, them saying they credit me and still not receiving anything!! And then they won't answer emails anymore. Do not use, it's a waste of time and scam.

Although I did have trouble received a reward, the support team was quick and effective both times
