Have eaten here on several occasions and every time the food has been excellent. I rarely eat meat but the lamb eaten here is delicious and no doubt other meats are equally good. Service also very good.
For more than 10 years It's been a struggle finding a quality restaurant that cooked foods fresh and that I could eat without causing severe debilitating pain. Well worth this wait finding AYLA, NEW BRIGHTON. A superb Turkish restaurant that offers the best lamb I have EVER eaten. Foods that are exceptional in flavour, quality, taste, portion size,( huge) delicately aromatic, not overly spiced. The buttery crushed potatoes are very addictive they accompany any meat and are simply wonderful. Hummus savoury and with the correct texture. Chefs deserve 👏, they are exceptional at what they do. My friend has had steak twice and medium rare, melted in the mouth, fragrant side salads with warm cloud like bread . The staff are friendly and listen to the customer. They deserve to do well here and I recommend this restaurant for dining in groups, couples, singles even.
Delicious from start to finish. What a great night out... Arrived early doors - stayed a couple of hours, maybe three... Wasn't rushed, treated very well with great service (Kelly was amazing and very warm with her greetings and knowledge of menu). Food was best I've eaten at a restaurant this year. Can see the kitchen through window and saw staff prepping and cooking... They all seemed relaxed and happy. Red wine was top quality. Just a really enjoyable experience all round. Thank you very much, will return again.... And again!!
