Don't get scammed!

Their customer support are incompetent (liars).
Track & trace from their site shows incorrect info, if something wasn't able to be delivered at home, and needs to be dropped at a collection point, they'll state it as already delivered.

Had multiple interactions over the course of 2 weeks where they've proven to be negligent and incompetent at best, or straight up liars. When manually tracking your package through the courier service they provide (PostNL), you can (somewhat) get the correct delivery status, but they can't offer assistance as this (according to them) has to be done via the supplier (Azerty.nl - which in this case, are likely to lie about contacting the parties involved to resolve the matter; contacted collection-point, whom have no recollection of receiving a call from them on their part).

Please avoid at all cost, shouldn't be hard as they're usually more expensive than their competitor(s). If they're the only one with a certain product - you need another product, unless you wish to have the police involved for fraud, theft, scamming... might as well burn your money (and time), as this at least provides some light and warmth, whereas these scammers only provide stress and disappointment.

For your own sake (mentally and financially); use Megekko or Alternate, better prices, and much - MUCH - better service.

Using Azerty.nl will only cost you money, time, fuel, and sanity...
If asked to cancel the order, they will simply ignore, even when done so repeatedly and adamantly. Therefor: scammers

Great service

I bought a usb-c dock. Unfortunately it did not work with my laptop so I returned it. Azerty did quite some tests with other laptops. Everything worked.
They sent me a new one (3-4 months after I bought the original dock (I was not able to contact them earlier). This one also did not work.
It turned out that this particular dock did not match with this particular laptop. I bought another dock and only had to pay the difference. Great service.

I will never order from them again

I will never order from them again. We placed an order for an HPC with 20k price tag based on their website's stated delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Now, a month has passed, and customer service informed us that the 2 to 3 days was just an estimate. I paid a significant amount of money for cloud computing to fulfill our commitments to our clients based on this false claim. The company has no sense of customer service or professionalism.

After an agonizing 30-day wait, my CPU finally arrived, but the saga was far from over. I found myself in limbo for another 10 days, simply waiting for assembly. It took a series of persistent calls and a few threats to cancel my order before they finally began putting my computer together. I was relieved, thinking the drama was over—but I was sorely mistaken.

Just when I thought I could breathe a sigh of relief, I received an email that turned my excitement into frustration. Apparently, the cooling system wasn’t compatible with my CPU. They offered me a flashy gaming cooler with RGB lights for 400TDP instead. I couldn't help but ask customer service why this wasn’t flagged during the initial checks. Their response? They understood my frustration but had no answers for me.

The cooler we initially selected was indeed compatible; the real issue was that the expert had failed to order the correct fixing plate, something readily available in many stores. Fed up with the back-and-forth, I finally decided to cancel my order. But now, I was hit with assembly and disassembly fees for a service that was never completed.

So here I am, 40 days in without my computer, having forked over 10k for cloud computing, and now facing an additional 300 euros for a job that never truly happened. To top it all off, I have no idea when I’ll get my money back. It’s honestly shameful how incompetent this whole experience has been.

Top costumer support

I ordered online with delivery, but decided te next day it would be safer if i would pick it up myself. Asked customer support if that was possible. And it was.

When i came to pickup my order it turned out it was not specced right.
The team here searched for the right components on the spot, changed my order, and i went home with the right parts.

Amazing customer support, verry friendly people!

What a poor service

What a poor service
You come inside nobody even looks at you they only watch at their monitors
Wen you want to order the guy stands up from his desk but wen he sees it takes longer then 1 minute to give him the details of what you want to order he sits right back on his seat then comes up again to see what you want to order then he replays that they only take online orders nonchalant leaning on the counter with no interest at all .....That did it for me so i took my stuff and went back home to place the order of 2900 euro at Megekko and they are even cheaper
Have gotten my computer parts for years with AZERTY but since they grew larger the service went worse
Today they have lost a long term costumer

Refund not received!

I've ordered 2 monitors from them but due to USB-C Power Delivery issues, I had to return them. It was all fine as I delivered them back to the store myself, but I still have not received the refunds to my credit card after 20 days.

They do not respond to emails so I called and they wanted me to send another email to their finance department with my IBAN number, what? I've paid with a CREDIT CARD, so why do they need my IBAN all of a sudden?

Something is clearly wrong with their or their payment provider in this case and I'll never order from them again. Stay away from them.

Very disappointing prices for gamers

Checked Azerty after being disappointed with Megekko, only to find that while their prices are marginally better, the markup is still outrageous.

As of today, March 9, 2025, the MSRP of the RX 9070 XT is €555 (~$600). Yet, the average price of the six GPUs they have with a max clock of 2970MHz is $955—a massive 72% markup over MSRP.

scummy practices

Had the item in my shopping cart, clicked iDEAL and just got a message saying it was out of stock. They should just lock that for the person that has it in the cart for a few minutes till they complete the order, that's what serious companies do.
Also changing the gpu prices just because they are selling well, scummy practices.

Avoid.

The delivery time it's absolute garbage and the site its not managed well for full context there was a gpu a 4070 super I ordered it said on the site that there were 3 in stock after I ordered it I went again to check the stock on the gpu I bought it still said 3 so I thought it maybe will take 2-3 days as it said on the side the delivery time then I wake up the next day there is no stock of that GPU and now I got that thing where it says on my order status „ waiting for products ” which probably means they have no stock of that product and they have to order one and now im stuck here without a gpu because these guys cant manage a site well enough the worst company I ordered from and it won’t ever happen again btw if my grammar isn’t correct we’ll never mind I don’t even care i just wanted to say that put the delivery times as they are don’t lie 2-3 business days my ass it’s been almost a week now and my order is still „waiting for products” i wish i could have cancelled my order because this is bullshit

Absolutely poor service

Absolutely poor service. One star is too high.
A product listed to be delivered within 2-3 working days is not even made available after a week, let alone shipped. In the real world, this is understandable if communicated correctly and in time. But this company makes ZERO effort to do so, hence the rating. You are better off buying parts off of Megekko or Amazon or even Aliexpress to save yourself from wasting time and money with this company. Would give zero stars if I could.

Unreliable and scammy

Unreliable, scammy and useless. Promised to dispatch same day, deliver the next. After placing the order and having it confirmed, no shipping was done at all. Support said they had no record of the order on their backend, even when provided with proof of order and payment. Refused to refund. Had to file a PayPal case to get them to return the funds. Sounds like a scam.

3.0 on Trustpilot makes sense, and you would see some real reviews

When making big purchases, don't recommend them. As I've ordered equipment for over 5k, and purchased it in one year. And they issue invoices late in next year ( around the deliverery date). There was absolutely no flexibility in doing anything for their customers. Very lazy, non-proactive, and stubborn about support & finances. I was not satisfied, missed an opportunity and lost money due to it. Never ever will work again with them.

Edit, 3 days after original review:
After contacting customer support my opinion on Azerty has improved dramatically. The telephone employee admitted the issue was Azerty's responsibility and for that reason ordered the employees to fully replace both the motherboard and the GPU. Amazing!

Original complaint, my rating was 1 star:
Bought a 2289 euro computer which was promised to arrive in 3 days. It arrived in 13 days and broken. My monitor doesn't receive any signal from the graphics card. The white vga light of the POST motherboard indicator is on, indicating a severe issue. I think this might have happened because Azerty did not utilize transport protection under the graphics card. This allows the graphics card to wiggle downward or "sag" which likely made the gpu socket of the motherboard lame.
