I always check if the electronics I'm about to buy are available at Azerty. They usually can't match the bottom price, but taking into account their excellent service, it's a small markup I happily pay.
Over the years I've had several items that needed warranty, which they always promptly resolve. Beyond that they even go so far as calling ahead to offer help with new parts that aren't compatible out of the box, optionally fixing it at a small service fee before shipping.
Can't seem to go wrong shopping with these people!

Unfortunately the product was unavailable from the supplier for some weeks. I received a weekly email about the status of my order. Not that it changed much in that time. Prices were fair, and it arrived quickly when it was returned to stock.

I ordered the product on friday at 23:00 and it arrived the next day at 15:00! All components were very carefully wrapped! Very fast delivery and competitive prices!

I have ordered my new gaming PC parts from different websites (Azerty, Amazon, Coolblue, Megekko) and I'm very happy with Azerty...

Just stay away from Megekko, you can not get your order correctly, they send some other brands or models without contacting you, they dont even apologize for their mistake, I guess they make this kind of mistakes all the time so it's normal for them... I had to wait because of their incompetence and some of the parts that I chose gone out of stock. So I needed to revise my budget for available products in the market. They cost me both time and money, literally!

Even though I used Prime with Amazon within NL, they could not delivered the next day all parts. Also expensive!

No need to discuss Coolblue's quality, they are good but expensive...

I dont know Azerty's customer services or return policy but I didn't need them because I received my orders next day without any problem. And considering prices, Azerty is my first choice from now on.
