I just submitted an application that took me about an hour to do and within like 2 minutes I receive a message back saying that they could not approve my application. Although I am not sure why, maybe because I am a new 1-person LLC and they want to do business with more established companies, I feel suspicious.

In their message they said, their process includes someone reviewing my application, which I think is impossible to complete in 2 minutes after I submitted the application, considering it was 5 sections of information to fill.

Don't waste your time.

I deposited a check the Monday before Christmas. I contacted Azlo with little hope that they would make the money available sooner than normal. Much to my delight, they made it available the next day!

I've been with Azlo for more than a year and I have zero regrets.

It is a very much appreciated wave site. you ready to fech many more application inside it You don't afraid on it.

the customer support team is very responsive and informative

Someone tried to use my debit card number for $500 at a store and Azlo blocked it immediately. Someone from Azlo called me and left a voice message. I called back. He told me what happened and we worked together to move forward with my account. Thanks, Azlo, for everything you do.

Great service. It looks like most of the negative reviews are people who have had issues with "Know Your Customer" regulations, but this is an issue with any online bank, and is beyond Azlo's control.

2018-2019 banked with Chase, US Bank- nothing really stood out it was a bank, oh, besides the $1,500 in accounts fees I paid them.

2020 switch to Azlo, no fees, bank is a bank, at least I don’t have pay fees on fees for you hold onto my money.

Opened an account with Azlo for my online business. Support has been the best since opening. Ill post a more detailed review after (3) months.

Great interface and very innovative portal, seems very focused on growth and I love that. Would like to see a tracking # added to the send a check function especially since the funds are debited immediately.

I was at the end of my rope with traditional banking solutions and Azlo saved me from my banking woes! Due to an unusual business registration situation, I was unable to find a physical bank to open an account with. I decided to try an online bank and found Azlo to be the best fit. The customer service was top notch and put all my worries to rest and I had an account in less than a day. It was amazing

As I am writing this, I’m thinking about how this feedback will help another small business owner. Azlo made me realize one thing this past year, you truly do not need a brick and mortar based bank. I tried it - a top 3 bank - in the last nine months I stepped into the branch only once. Later I learned that I could’ve done that particular transaction online. I wanted to try out the big bank because I had my checking and investments accounts with them. Any how, I left the big bank and now back to Azlo. Transfer of funds took only 3 days and get re-acquainted to Azlo’s platform was super simple (picked it right back...). I called Azlo to make few simple changes, and the service level was far superior...also, it was nice to speak to a friendly human who was willing to go the extra mile. In summary: Azlo’s UI/UX is years ahead of the big bank, it can handle my business (have three dbas), transferring funds is far better, and the overall service level was unmatched. The plus - all of the details nice flow into QuickBooks.

I have been dealing with Azlo for several years. I never thought I would feel great appreciation for any banking institution. I have been associated with many well-known brands of traditional banking and, honestly, dealing with Azlo brings a breath of fresh air to the new banking landscape.

They are always efficient in handling my concerns or issues. They are professional, thorough, caring, considerate and very interactive when offering specialized support.

I would encourage ANYONE looking for fabulous banking rapport with an online financial institution to consider opening an account with Azlo.
