Huge Waste of Time
Azlo can answer this with their canned message, which gives zero reason for rejecting upstanding businesses with no past banking or credit issues.
My guess is they are simply compiling data to sell off to other banks, lenders, etc.. They have refused to remove my data from their system, claiming they need to keep it for 5 years by law. While this is true on most records, they never actually opened an account for my business.
I have filed a number of complaints with the appropriate federal government agencies, and I will be pursuing this to the bloody end.

Denied a business account
I have excellent credit with high credit limits and was denied a business account even though my industry is not excluded. I am an audiobook and book publishing house with an EIN and profits. Looks like Novo it is. Don't waste your time on Azlo.

I was denied an account three times. I am a food & bev manufacturer with wholesale accounts and DTC revenue. WHO Azlo is looking for- who the hells knows???! Makes no sense to me. Also, they should be MORE CLEAR about exactly who and what businesses they want to have accounts.

I was denied although my business falls under their requirements. I sent them all required documents and still denied me an account. Business is music entertainment industry and they refused to give me a account. I suggest people stay away from them and go with Novo or Axos instead

I think you guys need to communicate better. My check did not got deposited due to missing info in the back of the check and all I got was an email which I saw a week later. It will be better to get a text msg right away or a phone call or an app msg.

The entire team was very helpful, informative, polite and constantly went out of there way to assist me. When I called the support team by phone, they were so helpful and gave me sound and proper direction. The unit who reviewed your application, I can't say enough good things about them. As far as wires go (you may already know), we do support *incoming* wires. You can find more info on that at support.azlo.com if you're curious about accepting payments that way. While we don't offer outgoing wires, we do offer an Instant Transfer service to immediately move funds to your external debit cards. If you're looking to pay someone else quickly (outgoing funds), we also support lots of third-party tools like Xoom and Transferwise. Customer service phone number does not work and checks take over 10 days to get mailed to you
Their phone number doesn’t work and it’s been 10 days since I asked them to send a check and still haven’t received but they had no problem taking my money out of my account. I can’t get ahold of anyone to find out what’s going on. Horrible customer service.
