The guys did a fantastic, professional job moving my upright piano up a flight of tricky stairs. I would highly recommend them.

Victoria was very helpful and quick in her replies, the quote was extremely reasonable and nothing was too much trouble. George and his colleague were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They moved my belongings including a piano and were very careful and considerate. Thank you so much - I would highly recommend!

My experience was perfect from the removal to the service it self! No damage was done everything went smoothly, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend using this service. Not only was it cost effective, but they took great care of my belongings getting them from A to B. They really took away the stress of moving!

Charged me an additional £100 on the day for "additional extras" and told I could speak to the office if I was unhappy but they would charge me more, which was the case. Damaged walls, furniture, and other belongings. Move was almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on a response to fix my f**king wall.

If you're deciding to use AZ Movers than 100 go ahead, i highly recommend them very punctual, easy to work with and I have used them on multiple locations. David does my moves so I would say ask for him :)

Great Customer service the movers we're excellent! I highly recommend them Initially hired someone else but they couldn't move my wardrobe and piano up the 4th floor and after speaking with someone from the office she convinced me that they can do it!

Terrible company! Would not recommend for anyone to use. They offer a dismantling and reassemble service which was shocking service.
Nails, bolts and screws not put back into items when reassembling. Wardrobe just about fell on top of us as there was no nails added to hold it together.

Turned up in the morning one hour late. The amount of damage they did to walls, bannister and furniture was unbelievable. They even left a pushbike outside my old house (not mine!) as they didn't want it. I did ask and pay for another man and van at short notice which ended up being the same guys doing 2 trips. We were moving 50 miles away. At 8pm I told them to leave the rest of my stuff as I was exhausted. I have contacted the company about most of the damage and the bike being left but they replied they had received my email and then nothing. Initially they were lovely to deal with but aftercare is appalling. I maybe depends on who you get to move your items.

We moved from Edinburgh to Peebles and Mo with his assistant moved us. These guys were great and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Pleasant, careful with our belongings, very helpful all round.
