The Azores trip was one of the best experiences we have had traveling. The details and reservations were perfect. The hotels were wonderful, beautiful and well appointed. We loved having the freedom to explore at our own pace. Having a car on each island made this easy. I would highly recommend this 4 island package tour to fellow travelers.

I had an excellent experience with this travel company! Catarina was incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my questions before and during the trip. When there was a misunderstanding with a hotel payment, Eunice immediately stepped in, called the hotel, and resolved the issue right away. Both Eunice and Catarina followed up with us throughout the trip, which I really appreciated. On the last day, we couldn’t attend the complimentary Fado show due to traffic, but they went out of their way to try to accommodate us by offering to arrange a later show. That thoughtfulness really stood out to me. Highly recommend their services!

Our accommodations were as expected. Our tour guide on Faiel was very good. Our tour guide on Sao Miguel was excellent - we highly recommend her.

Back in June, we had a great time visiting Azores and it was mainly due to the excellent work of Pedro. As a native of the islands, Pedro has many relevant and interesting stories to tell. He knows all the places and made really considerate arrangements for our group of five. We are truly thankful for this experience.

This was the greatest holiday I have ever been on. It was beautiful, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Everything was taken care of, so the only thing we had to worry about was being in the moment. I have recommended this trip to my friends and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The lady I spoke to was Catarina, and she did an incredible job answering all the questions, booking everything and keeping me informed. We had a couple different hotels, on a few different islands, with flights and ferries and cars in between, and all of this went without any issues whatsoever. Communication was prompt and precise from the outset, the whole process took very little time and we knew well in advance where we're going, what to do etc. Catarina was also kind to share some personal suggestions with us, which were helpful. Overall, could not have picked a better option.

Came here to share my amazing journey with an amazing company. Catarina has helped for facilitating now 3 of the trips we have done to Sao Miguel. My family are greatful for your help. She nailed it. Thanks again Catarina and your team. You have a loyal customer out of me.

We recently celebrated our honeymoon in the Azores and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to our fantastic guide, Jose Miguel from Azores.com.

From the moment we arrived, Jose's warm welcome set the tone for our trip. He guided us through the historic sites of Sao Miguel, shared fascinating insights into the stunning Fire Lake, and led us on an awe-inspiring tour of the Sete Cidades. Each day was filled with unique experiences, including a visit to a pineapple plantation and the only tea plantation in Europe.

One of the highlights was our full-day trip to Furnas, where we explored hot springs, enjoyed a delicious “Cozidos nas Caldeiras” meal, and strolled through beautiful botanical gardens. Jose’s extensive knowledge and passion for the Azorean culture truly enhanced our trip, making each moment memorable.

Jose Miguel was welcoming, kindhearted, and showed us the real life in the Azores. His genuine care and passion for his homeland made all the difference in our stay. We highly recommend Jose Miguel and Azores.com for an exceptional and memorable trip.

Here's the note I sent our Travel Planners. I thought that having a tour planned by the Azores.Com Travel Experts provided us with an ideal, relaxed vacation in which we could explore in carefree style.

Dear Catarina and Eunice,

What a wonderful vacation Fran and I experienced because of your fine planning.

We enjoyed the perfect mix you gave us of sightseeing with our drivers, and free time.

It was so nice and easy to be greeted when we arrived at each airport, be taken to our hotels, and taken on tours, and then returned to the airports.

The hotels were well located and nice. (On a side note, I had wanted to stay in a Pousada and enjoyed the Pousada Sao Sebastiao we stayed in while in Angra do Heroismo.)

Our guide Joao in Terceira was terrific. He picked Fran and I up separately since our arrivals were at different times. His Tesla was immaculate and stocked with water bottles. I appreciated that Joao advised me of two things to see the day I arrived because they would not be open the other day I had free time. That meant a lot. Joao made sure to show us all the top spots while on tour and added in the Military Base.

Nancy picked Fran and I up in Terceira. She was nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She also had clean vehicles for us. We were lucky to have the perfect timing to see the 50th year anniversary of Independence event in Horta. She added that in at the end of the day – and we drove up just as it began. We had fun taking the ferry to Pico with her and exploring that island as well.

Our Hotel Canal was so well located and we enjoyed our harbor view.

In Sao Miguel we enjoyed our Hotel Marina Atlantico. Jose Miguel was our driver for two days. We appreciated his touring and stories. He also made sure we had well-working, clean cars for our drives.

Our trip to the Azores was outstanding. Eunice did a spectacular job to make sure we had a great experience. Each of the three guides we had on the three islands we visited were top notch. We thank Eunice and azores.com for making this a memorable adventure. I would recommend azores.com to anyone!

An amazing journey with an amazing company. Eunice has been responsible for facilitating two of the tours we have done on Sao Miguel. The first on was with 16 family members, the most recent one (last week) was with 41 family members. She aced it both times!

We thoroughly enjoyed Terceira. The guide, Joao was terrific. He was very informative. He was waiting for us at the airport. His car was very comfortable. We enjoyed him thoroughly. The location of Azoris Angra Garden was comfortable although the room could have been cleaner. In Sao Miguel, our guide,Ricardo was ok. He frequently (at least 4-5 times) told us how much greater the lakes are in Sao Miguel compared to Terceira. It got a bit old. He drove just the 2 of us (plus the guide) in a van that wasn't very comfortable. Furnas was the highlight on Sao Miguel but I think 2 days would have been enough instead of 3 nights. Hotel Marina Atlantica was just ok. Building under construction. Didn't give us drinking water. Room was ok but not great.
Dealing with your organization was just so so.
After I first requested information, it took a week before I got any information. A few typos were confusing. Not sure why my information included a guide in Faial and Pico. This was unecessary and confusing.

We had a lovely family trip (Grandma, w/ daughter, son-in-law, & grandkids age 11 & 8, over spring break.) The guides in each location (Faial, Pico & Sao Miguel) were personable & knowledgeable, adding interesting information as we toured about the various sites/sights. Although early spring, the camellias and other spring flowers were blooming, the hillsides verdant, and the ocean sparkling. The food was delicious (& very reasonably priced) as were the local wines and beer, and the accommodations well-located and comfortable. It was a trip all will remember with fondness - one we hope to do again, perhaps visiting some of the other islands. Our thanks to Eunice Costa for pulling it all together!

Kudos to Eunice at Azores.com for the excellent job that you did in arranging our recent Azores 5 Island Tour Classic. It had to be, without a doubt, one of the best vacations we had ever had! We had no problems on the tour, no doubt, because of your company's careful planning to make the client's trip as easy as possible. We were always very pleased at how well organized and coordinated everything was. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, each island's tour guide strove to make our vacation experience in the Azores the best. Eunice Costa was flawless in her attention to detail in planning a trip to 7 islands of the Azores beginning in Madeira, for my husband and I. One feels as though they have come away as a friend because she treated you as such. We have traveled well through Europe and I have to say this was our favorite trip for so many reasons most of which was the planning was done for us.
All our drivers were good and very personable.
The 23 days ran seamlessly. It was simply what every fantasy vacation should be. Tailored to suit our personal interests.
We will definitely go back and will use this wonderful company again.

They were very responsive when it came to answering my emails, especially a woman named Eunice Costa. She answered all my questions and concerns all within hours! We returned recently from a trip set up by your company. It was outstanding in every way and gave us tremendous pleasure and information. Our tour guides, especially Joao Toste and Paulo Camara, we more than excellent. We appreciated so much their attentive treatment of us and their knowledge of their islands. Your handling of the transportation, hotels (which were superb), and tours was unmatched in our traveling experience. We want to thank you so much. Job well done!

Working with Eunice Costa was so easy. She is so helpful and a good listener. My group of 9 residents was so happy and thankful for the wonderful experience. Our guides were so great, knowledgeable and caring. The hotels in Pico, St. Miguel and Faial were very good. The food in all the restaurants we ate was very good.
