Overall fast, prompt service

Item came as described in great packaging, nice discount, customer service were prompt with responses, would be 5 stars if the “buy before 3PM for same day dispatch” policy on my item was met. other than that would buy again

Poor customer service

Hard work chasing these lot up when your stuff doesn't arrive and also when they cancel your order because it won't arrive on time and for them not to tell you until you find some suspicious.

Unfortunately the item I purchase did…

Unfortunately the item I purchase did not fit and I had to return . Still waiting for my refund of £700 overall ok .. but could do better if they had a help line (number to call ) for faulty products . Not sure if I am confident to use this on line service again .

AVOID!!!!!!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU FAULTY/DAMAGED DESIGNER GOODS.

Spent £400 to receive a FAULTY, DAMAGED item that looks worn. Severely creased. I’m told that even though the item is FAULTY, i only have 14 days to return it as per the STANDARD returns policy. As for spending this much with a company for the first time and getting such a low standard of help and service, I may aswell have shopped at primark where the standard returns policy is 30 days and notably longer for faulty items, just like most stores. Serves me right for supporting a small, unknown, business. Save your money and purchase your designer items at more reliable stores that actually have quality controls, such as Harrods, Selfridges, etc. £400 to be treated as if your custom does not matter, I am disgusted and will be taking this further.

Update: they finally replied and gave me a measly 10% off the order. Then, after one wear, the glue peeled off BOTH shoes. I am now told I cannot have a refund as the shoes have been worn. This is illegal as the item is FAULTY. This will be taken further and I am not afraid to take this company to court.

They went as far as to say I have sent them “idle threats” and had deleted my review previously. I didn’t know that a CUSTOMER mentioning that they will take legal action against a very illegally trading company would be considered a “threat”. Nice way to treat your customers after shodding them off with TERRIBLE quality items for £400.

I will NOT be letting this go.

We're sorry to hear your not completely satisfied with your order. You requested to send the shoes back, however wanted to take over 30 days to do so. Our returns policy states all orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery. As a goodwill gesture we tried to have the shoes collected from you as a complimentary return. You then decided to keep the order. After 3 months you contacted us again, and wanted to return the shoes. Unfortunately this was not possible as you had worn the shoes and was completely out of scope of our returns policy.
