They've been writing about a week and I have not received a response. Very bad customer service! Item shipped in really bad condition! UNANSWERED.
there is no way to get in touch with them. No response in EMAIL. No response on LIVE CHAT.
Really poor quality control. A shoe that cost more than 400 euros shipped with really serious problems.

Unfortunately, once a shoe is worn into to we have no control on how the product will be used. This is completely down to you, the user. As you tried making contact during national UK holidays we were unable to reach you as explained via emails.

Better than Flannels
Ordered some Valentino trainers that came really well packaged including a thank you note! Ordered at 4pm and were delivered by 1pm the next day through DHL. Much better service than any of their competitors.
