Excellent service! Very happy with my choise to purchase what I wanted from Aztec clothing! Ordered on Sunday the 5th and parcel arrived on Tuesday the 7th! Parcel packed very carfuly and neat how it should be! Very happy with service and item I bought. Defenatly would recommend Aztec Colothing.

This company is was too strict about…
This company is was too strict about the removal of tags. I understand removing a tag it becomes “worn” but I had email confirmation to prove it hadn’t as I emailed the company the day my parcel arrived arranging to send it back. This company are easy to take your money but yet when there customers are happy they refuse it. This company is a scam, don’t shop here.

Good experience, but could do better with setting customer expectations
The product arrived but dispatch was delayed. I am giving an average score, because the customer service team although very responsive and polite, were giving me false promises that the dispatch / delivery would be due earlier than expected. However leaving with a positive note, the item did arrive and was in splendid packaging, really happy with the purchase and the price.

Great purchase experience
Made a purchase from this store and there was a slight error as the wrong item had been shipped out. However, the customer service team were incredibly helpful and rectified the issue. The delivery was also very fast and my item arrived the next day. I will most definitely be ordering from them again.
