Don’t order from this site anything, they saying it’s easy to return, but it’s not. Order from UK warehouse , but have to send back to USA and pay for it. Delaying with time, don’t wanna give your many back, awful experience. And quality very poor . I give less that 1 star

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 5 items, and only 1 fit well. the other 4 I did not like and wanted to return. I have been trying for over a month to get a return address. It would take days for someone to respond, and when they did, they delayed, asking questions, refusing to give me the address each time. Finally they gave me the address, but said they will only refund 50% of my money. I am going to return the clothes (at my expense), but based on other reviews, think they probably will never refund the money.

Should be lower than one star. Awful customer service- tried to return and change garments as they were too small told to keep them. I found out they are from China but returns/refunds go to the USA, but would not give me address. One item cost £18.50 still not arrived. They told me out of stock and I would be refunded- no sign of refund and it’s been three weeks! Although the items were not bad - it would have been nice to have had them in the bigger size but no chance now. I did in fact take them to a local charity shop. Shame on this company for very poor service.

all i can say is lesson learned. poorly made clothing vs the lowest of quality!

Do not buy from this company! You will be stuck with sub par merchandise and they will not respond to your requests to return items. I’ve placed a claim with PayPal as a last resort.

Do not buy from this company or any that has Azzlee as it's name. No chance of returning anything. This is a scam, supplying poor quality goods. Like others a partial USA address is given to return items, plus an offer of 65% off to keep the shoddy cheap goods. I am going to wait for 30 days before getting my bank to refund me....

Order arrived late. Two orders, both subpar fabric. Tried to return one due to sizing and material. Response long overdue and they obviously do not want you to return anything. Still awaiting response while the 30 day window to return is quickly coming to a close.

This company does not reply to any emails and the clothes are not as advertised! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

unfortunately, the prices are misleading....i switched from USD to CAD. I received my invoice in CAD, but the charges on my card are USD.....very disapointing...won t buy again!!

Beware of this company. They advertise various discounts if your purchase total qualifies, but you are not able to claim this at checkout. They have a box on the right of your payment details to enter the discount code, but this does not actually work. The link seems to be broken. This is after entering your credit/debit card details. I first sent Customer Service an enquiry about this, via their contact details, but this did not go anywhere. I then sent Customer Service an email via my own mail server, asking for help, and no reply so far. I tried to go back into their site today to empty my basket, which I had saved, but I can no longer login! I wanted to make sure my basket was emptied and my debit card details erased. But I'm now unable to do this. What is that all about! This rings alarm bells for me. I'm concerned!

Just now (some hours after submitting this review) able to login - actually already logged in! Okay, I'm going to order, but a very small order, to see how this works out.
NOTE: Seems like you must fill in the voucher/discount code BEFORE filling in your card details. It worked.

Avoid Azzlee at all costs! I’ve tried to get a refund for the last week, I sent 3 emails to their Customer service email, which says that they will respond in up to 48 hours. Absolute lies! I can’t get a response from this company, no matter what I do so my advice to you all is to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately I can’t give a review of less than 1!! Happy to remove my post if I’m proved wrong by Azzlee

Wanted to return merchandise that didn’t fit. Kept 2 of 4 pieces . Confusion about where to return. After one month took to P.O. sent to address found on pkg with no name. Paid for confirmation of return, waiting to get signature. Messed up my cc, and PayPal involved. Merchandise is nice, and they list a good customer!
