Proof and evidence that I needed to be basically told as a disabled person my needs are not their problem and clearly breached the equality and disability acts but couldn’t give a toss frankly shocking

Well calderdal has now switched over to this new system now and my first impressions isn't good it worse than keychoise. Now we can't bid on propertys where we currently live and have family connection and jobs ect now were expecting to move to Blackburn. One problem after another

I have been a resident in a double bedroom shared with five other members for the past five years, and I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the B With Us House Association. Despite my long-standing commitment to this community, my living situation has not improved, and I find myself feeling increasingly frustrated.
Living in such a crowded environment has been challenging, to say the least. The lack of space in a household of six is overwhelming, and it's disheartening that, after five years, I am still waiting for a change in my accommodation status. The unfairness of the band system is glaringly apparent, as it seems that those who have been here longer, like myself, are continuously overlooked.
Moreover, the process of checking for available accommodations is incredibly inconvenient. Having to wait until 15 minutes past midnight just to see if any new options have been uploaded is not only inconvenient but also adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. It feels like a game of chance rather than a genuine effort to provide residents with suitable living conditions.
Overall, my experience with B With Us has not met my expectations. I hope that the association will reevaluate its policies and make the necessary changes to support residents who have been waiting far too long for a fair and reasonable accommodation solution.
