I dont give them any stars. I order 10 jerseys and received 6 of them one of which was the wrong jersey. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months now and they are absolutely pathetic. I wish I could put them out of business and sue them all. DOnt bother with this bullshit! They suck and death to all!

I ordered four jerseys, only three showed up. One has stains all over it, another is the wrong size. In the end I up with one correct jersey. I have sent five emails now trying to make a return but wouldn't you know it this Chinese based company won't respond. (Email is their only way of contact) Once I made my order I found all these negative reviews and tried to cancel my order immediately but they told me that was impossible. That’s all they said, no reason why it was impossible, I mean they didn’t ship the package out for a week after I wanted to cancel. I hope that before you order from this RIP-OFF company that you were fortunate enough to read mine and all the other reviews on here. I tried to get my bank to refund me the money and they can’t unless I can provide them with a return tracking number. But since I can’t get an address from BC2 Jersey because they won’t respond to my emails I lose. Don’t order from them, be smart read the reviews you won’t find one positive review. There are several websites with cheap jerseys and you’ll find they are all from China they will rip you off, people will complain so they will change their name but not the service. Good Luck

Ordered on Dec. 11th. Never received jerseys tried to contact cusomer service and maybe every third one got answered still waiting, but not holding my breath after they were promised by Christmas.

I odered 2 jerseys on Dec 3. The funds were charged to my account 2 days later. According to their internal order tracking system my order was processed sent on Dec 22 by usps but usps.com had np record of the shipment. I emailed to inquire and the reply finally came on Dec 30 that my order was shipped from China on Dec 31. I will update you if I ever get my order and what it looks like but at this point saving money was not worth the aggrevation. I wish I had read these reviews first.

This company only sent one of the two jersey's after I opened a dispute with PayPal. The one I did receive was an obvious fake. Thankfully PayPal just refunded the $$ for the one I didn't get. STAY AWAY...STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Ordered a jersey on 12/10/10 and did not hear from anyone or a tracking number. Tried to reach customer service and finally got a response after I kept putting bad reviews on their site. They cancled my order because of the bad reviews and still waiting to get my money back. No exsplanation on why I got no tracking number or response from anyone. Buyers beware!!!!

I purchased some jerseys from this web site because I needed a Cal Ripken jersey specifically. According to their website you will get your order in 5-8 days. I ordered Nov. 30th, after 11 days I sent an email asking for a tracking number and I was told they are still processing my order and to be patient. I waited and I sent another email a few days after stating if I didn't get a tracking number I was going to file a claim with PayPal.
Finally I got the tracking number and my order just arrived 12/20/2010. I found the customer service at this website horrible. It caused way to much stress for such a small item.
The quality of my order was great, I was very unsatisfied with the length of time it took to ship, and the whole transaction felt sketchy.
At least it worked out though!
I've used other websites before and found that I had the best experience with pickjerseys.com. Their customer service was wonderful and the product was perfect.
