Great quality merchandise, bought some hoodies and t-shirts 3-4yrs ago and they still in great condition. Re-stocked the t-shirts at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, and now my 19yr daughter has bought some. Great designs and humour Highly recommend.
The greetings card I bought seems to have turned into a fridge magnet. Not much use to me.

Whilst on holiday in the area we again visited the Hay on Wye shop. The quality of the hoodie I bought last year, made a return journey for another one, a definite must. The quality and the designs are just brilliant. Today’s welcome, service and advice was just as helpful as last year. Visit the shop, you certainly won’t be disappointed. Contacted them regarding an item I had seen in a store but not in my size. It was not available on the website so I contacted them to ask if it was available.
Kim responded almost immediately to say she had the item on her desk with my name on it!
We sorted out payment and Kim posted it the same day.
Amazing customer service, will certainly be ordering more.
