No customer service support

I bought a very expensive luxury pram footmuff and mittens. The mittens unzip themselves over time so cold air flows in and my hands get cold. I’ve emailed customers service about how to deal with this and they never replied. Very poor service for an expensive premium product. I regret my purchase

A fantastic company

A fantastic company, and amazing quality. I purchased sheepskin baby mittens and they were packaged with love and care in a little drawstring bag, and arrived well on time.
Would highly recommend this superb company.

Absolutely stunning sheepskin pram…

Absolutely stunning sheepskin pram footmuff - customer service so helpful with pram fitting sending over video clips showing the footmuffs in my exact iCandy pram. Had so many comments about this, it fits like a glove

Have tried to reach out to BaaBaaBaby…

Have tried to reach out to BaaBaaBaby twice. I have the sheep skin footmuff for my daughter which I’ve recently started to use on our walks , I’ve never unzipped it due to the weather being so cold, when I went to two of the zips have detached and won’t zip back up meaning I can’t zip it up to keep my daughter warm . Not the best for the price and poor communication just want it fixed

I’m really sorry to hear you had trouble with your footmuff — keeping your little one warm and comfortable is so important to us.

We hadn’t received your messages before seeing your review, but as soon as we did, we arranged for the footmuff to be returned and carefully inspected it. It looked like the zips had become misaligned, which can happen from time to time, and we were able to fix them.

To apologise for the inconvenience, we returned the footmuff to you along with a snuggly sheepskin bear as a small gift. We always aim to respond quickly and make things right, and our door is always open if any concerns arise in the future.

We hope your daughter enjoys her walks comfortably and warmly!

Poor customer service

Product was a bit over priced, but of good quality and it arrived on time. However, it arrived damaged. I have emailed Baa Baby about this, but have not had the courtesy of a reply.

Of course, things go wrong, but you are let down badly by poor customer service and aftersales.

We’re truly sorry that the complimentary bag arrived with a loose popper. While it’s a free extra, it should still reach you in perfect condition. We’ve addressed this with our suppliers and re-checked our stock to prevent this happening again.

We were concerned by the suggestion that the product itself was damaged, as that isn’t the case. As a small business, we take these matters very seriously and always aim to resolve any issues promptly.

After seeing your review, we reached out via email and offered a £5 discount against your original order to make up for the loose popper. We’d still be happy to arrange that or another solution if needed — please do let us know, and we’ll take care of it straight away.

As the founder of Baa Baby, I read every review personally — so this one genuinely saddens me. We design and sell products for parents, and trust is incredibly important to us.

This order was delivered on 13 November, and when a concern was raised almost a month later, we responded immediately and provided a prepaid return label so we could inspect the item. The customer reported a very minor stitching issue around the brand logo, and nothing else. We offered to repair, replace, or refund the item if required.

Unfortunately, the item was not returned to us, which meant we were unable to complete the process and resolve the concern. We can only issue refunds once we’ve received items back for inspection (and can't repair them if we don't have them returned) this ensures every customer is treated fairly and any issues are handled responsibly.

As a small independent business, we care deeply about doing the right thing for our customers. Our offer to inspect and resolve this remains open, and we continue to welcome communication from customers who wish to work with us to find a solution

Excellent quality and super fast…

Excellent quality and super fast delivery. These a totally real sheepskin on the inside of the glove and super hard wearing outside. Don’t be fooled by cheaper ones that only have sheepskin on the cuffs. Buy these - they really are great

This is my go to gift company

This is my go to gift company. I love to give a sheepskin for tummy time or in the pram or pushchair. They are always delivered on time and packaged perfectly. This company is so easy to deal with and always provide excellent quality products with great after care instructions.

I ordered a sheepskin for my first…

I ordered a sheepskin for my first grandchild and it arrived with a stain on it. I contacted Baa Baby to express my disappointment and they could not have cared any less. They said it was the manufacturer's fault, not theirs, and that that they'd "let they manufacturer know". Sorry, but I had a contract with you, Baa Baby, not the manufacturer. So avoid Baa Baby if you value clean products and good customer service. Awful company.
