I received my daughter's Prom dress today and was over the moon with it. Its beautifully made and looks stunning. The communication from the company told us what to expect at every stage of the process and it actually arrived quicker than I thought. Thank you, would definitely order from you again!

I am so disappointed in the return process. I would like to return the dresses I purchased. They are giving me the run around. I just want what the return policy says. I read it before ordering and just want my fair amount back.

It disappoints me to have to write this but I should have checked the reviews.
Before I purchased any dresses I asked if they were easy enough to return to which I was told "yes" but there would be a 10%deduction plus shipping costs.
I purchased 4 dresses in standard sizing using the size chart provided, 3 of the dresses didn't fit! I contacted customer services and they tried to get me to get them altered which isn't possible as too small and offered me just £70 for a total value of £299 worth of dresses. They finally gave me a return address and it is for China even though the dresses were purchased from a UK site. I got a quote from Royal Mail and for the 3 dresses it would be £115 to return. I contacted them again and they are very slow to reply and usually in the middle of the night. I expressed my concerns but they have just said to return and will refund. Having read other reviews I am worried this may not be the case either. I have asked for a UK address and threatened them with small claims court. I have also contacted PayPal. I fear this wont be resolved and I will massively be out of pocket.

I’m always apprehensive to order from online shops but took a chance because the dress looked lovely and the colour was perfect. The terms also said that you get a 90% refund if you change your mind/not satisfied with your product which reassured me.

The dress was lovely and I could see it being perfect but, unfortunately, it was too big on me. I contacted Babaroni and asked to return it due to the size. They asked me for photos showing it’s too big then suggested I go to a seamstress instead of returning it as it would be ‘more economical’! The boning and sizing round the bust would make it very difficult to alter and could end up being more expensive. For a company that says on their website ‘You will still get a 90% refund even though there is no quality problem, but you are not satisfied with the item, or you just change your mind’, they should not question a request to return.

I am not happy but cannot be bothered with the back and forth emails. I have reluctantly accepted that I will not be returning this dress and am now over £100 out of pocket.

Good item. Fast delivery. Definitely go up one or two sizes to your original dress size

I ordered 5 dresses for bridesmaids of different sizes. None of the dresses fit. The smaller were all 2 sizes too large and larger were too small.
The company is not in the UK it’s China and costs more to return the dresses than the value. Additionally the company will not give a full refund after return and charge for additional shipping cost. Over 2 months since trying to return and still no refund.
I would strongly advise against ordering.

Genuinely the best communication I have had with a a company regarding exchanging I ordered the wrong size and the communication was fantastic sent my dress back and they sent a new one straight away the quality of the dresses are fantastic thankyou so much again!

I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews however I ordered 28th June and got my delivery today.
After opening the package I was over the moon. Both dresses were lovely and just like the picture. (Granted the sizes/length is a lot different to ours UK) however I didnt do the customise option however these are something that is easily fixed by taking to a seamstress. Overall I'm extremely happy with the price and the quality.
I would recommend and I would order again.

0 stars. Typical China con. Took ages to arrive and when it did it was too small (smaller than size charts). Almost impossible to return or get money back. They also ask for positive feedback before offering and resolution. PayPal useless also as they want the item returned to china before any refund at a cost of around £30.

Stay clear. If you are buying for a wedding it is NOT WORTH THE RISK!

I ordered from here and it took weeks to come and when it did come it was tiny! (I ordered the correct size as per their measurement guide and measured my daughter correctly before purchase). I asked for a refund and was told they’d deduct 10% plus I have to pay for shipping to China. They advertise on a .co.uk to trick customers from the UK I’m certain of it. They offered me £9 compensation when I’d paid £32. The dress also didn’t look anything like the picture online!!! Don’t order!!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter, made to measure. The dress is beautiful, the same as in the pictures. Contact with the company is very easy and the service is very helpful. Shipping took only 4 days. I highly recommend!!!

Worst online shopping experience.
After my initial review I have been contacted by email offering partial refunds from the company if I agree to delete my original negative review. The latest offer is of £50. Less than half what I paid. The dress has not been returned to me so I don't even have that to sell. Do not buy from this company. Their returns policy is illegal. You will not get your money back. Also the dress wasn't even worth what it cost. I have told them to forget it unless they refund the whole cost including the shipping fee. But even if they do I will not delete this review. Please avoid this company!

Very happy with the dress I received! The customer service was extremely helpful when I had to return a dress and exchange it for a new one. The delivery was very quick too.

Even if it’s difficult to make a return because of the cost on our own charge, the customer service is very fast and accommodating.
The dresses are pretty and the size fit very well.

After finding the most beautiful dresses on this company’s website. I placed an order for 5 bridesmaid dresses, included 2 custom
made ones & a couple of smaller accessories. Total cost = £392.99
Order arrived last week. None of the dresses, except one fit- with measurements that don’t correspond with what they state. I contacted the company and was informed that I can return but will only receive a refund of 70% of what I paid for the dresses. I would lose my delivery fee, and face paying p&p costs to send back to China- which would leave me with barely any refund back.
I have informed them of UK legislation in which what they are doing is against my consumer rights. I have also explained that I am willing to pursue the matter at a small claims court, and escalate to trading standards for breech of legislation. I am waiting for a response to this.

Please don’t buy from this company as they will scam you if you need to return the item- even if it is their fault. What they are doing is illegal, and morally wrong. They clearly hope you’re ill informed of the law and will give up trying to pursue a refund, and bank your hard earned money for supplying items which are not sold as advertised. I’ll keep you updated on the outcome.

Ordered 2 flower girl dresses for my daughter, quality is great and looked exactly like the pictures. Sizing was slightly larger than expected so will need taking in but for the price, I can't complain!
