Please do not use Babe in the wood Media for a wedding, Our wedding was at Norwood hall Hotel where we met Rhian a few times at their wedding fayre We booked Babe in the wood media for our wedding in February. Rhian was very nice before and on the day but our pictures and video were not professional. we could not see anyone at the rear of our group pictures and the video was extremely bad. We contacted Rhian who gave us the feeling that she didn't really care. After taking legal and officially complaining to Rhian giving her 14 days to reply ( you have to do this before heading to court) Rhian re edited the video which was a bit better and gave us a 50% refund. Although this is not what we had requested in the complaint We have accepted this just to have this resolved quickly but given the quality we were advised we should take legal action to get more. This would still not replace special memories that have been missed. Please if you are thinking of using this company don`t.
