I've only ordered two things so far, but they BOTH came. They arrived separately, but completely intact. The shoes I ordered actually ran in Men's without my realizing. I ordered my normal size in Women's & they were way too big. So I sent an email to get them exchanged. Don't worry if the response takes a few weeks. That happened during my correspondence with the Support Team. I believe only one person (Winnie 💚) runs it so she's doing a lot. But she's consistent! She ALWAYS follows up & apologizes for the delay.
She immediately sent me a size chart & sent over my new shoes! I got the tracking information too & receipt confirmation of the new pair. The whole process was BEYOND smooth. Efficient & with a kind person, which makes it all better, ya know?
The shoes are super comfortable by the way (they're the Flash sneakers in Neon Green), & I adore my crop mesh jacket!
They got some really cute clothes yall & amazing customer service! NOT a scam site. They're legit! Have fun shopping!

I haven’t got any update since I placed my order 8 days ago. I’m starting to think this is a SCAM! They took my money and still nothing no update of my order , they don’t even respond to emails on all their social media page though it doesn’t seem to be active , I still tried to get someone to assist me and still got nothing! Now I want my money back ! Why you guys fool people! We just want to buy some God Damn shoes!

Don’t buy from this website. I ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of the year and still haven’t received anything and it’s december now. I only lost my money. The customer service doesn’t do anything to get me my money back... Bad company!
