Used Crib…

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Babies R Us. I purchased a baby crib, only to discover it was used and all the hardware was rusted. While they did accept a return, they offered no compensation for the inconvenience and potential safety hazard this posed to my child. This lack of customer care and disregard for safety is unacceptable.

Faulty goods

Purchased a faulty bassinet and they palmed me off to the supplier. Very stressful time with a new born and they couldn't give a rats. Will be reporting to fair trading. Avoid this online store.

Omg what a bad company to buy baby…

Omg what a bad company to buy baby products from,there return policy is awful. I wanted to return a faulty cot. Which I bought, and omg they know, How to fob you off and pro-long the whole process.
Eventually I got Kalarna involved and they helped me get my refund back.
Please be aware the customer service is terrible.

they sent wrong item then cancel your original order.

I have ordered Ickle Bubba Stomp V3 All in One Travel System With Isofix Basefor £324.99. Instead they have posted an Ickle Bubba car seat.
I have emailed them, they told me to return the wrong item and then cancelled my ordered.
I have checked their website and the same Ickle Bubba Stomp V3 All in One Travel System With Isofix Base has gone up £649.99.
I believe they did that purposely to cancel my order!
I am now expecting my refund, lets see how soon they will deal with this!

AVOID, SCAM

1) paid extra for next day delivery ended up not next day
2) ordered a bedrail they delivered a mattress instead
3) returned the wrong item to them on 14jan but still no refund received upto today 03feb.
customer service keep saying it is back office issue nothing to do with them.
i have applied chargeback and got my money back instead.
please everyone pay with paypal or credit card, or AVOID this company at all costs.

Missing order

Ordered a mattress protector for my next to me cot. Says order today and be sent tomorrow on the website. its now been 10 days and still hasnt even left the warehouse and the customer service team can't update me of when it will be sent, sent me 1 email with a signiture of the name of kind regards Ntombenhle!! And now are not responding to any emails and no phone number to contact anyone on!! Shambles!! They have taken my money out of my accoint and im left with no products. Basically they've told me they cant tell me when they will send it. im left with nothing for my baby or even a date of when i will get it!!! I cant even talk to anyone about getting a refund as not responding! Awful service. Do not buy from here

Mislaid cot ..

Ordered cot .. paid for it.. week later told out of stock would process refund within 7-14 days. Week later told found cot had been picked and packed and mislaid and to expect delivery within 7 days .. I asked them to process refund as they made error and had purchased elsewhere... still waiting .. received email asking me to rate purchase .. review was not accepted as negative!! Experience accurate and still waiting for refund. Poor and sarcastic communication.. order placed 26th November...

They've always been supportive

I personally prefer to go into the Bridgewater location, but I've used their online services and have no complaints. Anytime I've ever had issues, they have been prompt and fair.

Worst experience ever

Purchased pushchair for friend's baby, made a mistake with delivery address and emailed support immediately, received response in ONE hr to say there is NO changes cant be made since order is in process already. It was shipped to incorrect address and delivered. Absolute joke, of course they refused to give refund so had to cancel via bank. Would NEVER order from them again.
