Hi Christine,

We're really sorry that there was an issue with your order. Unfortunately we never received your original email telling us that you had not received your order (we have searched all of our archived emails). When we archived your order 8 months later, there was a mistake in which we resent your despatch note to you. When you received the despatch note and contacted us to say you had never received your order we refunded your money the same day.

Royal Mail do not provide delivery notifications so unless we are advised by the customer that they did not receive a package, we are unaware and as we never received the email you sent to us had no reason to believe there had been an issue. We hope that you would only judge us by the communication that took place when you contacted us the second time. As you know we communicated with you immediately over numerous e-mails the same day, some only a few minutes apart as we tried to work around PayPal's 180 day refund policy.

We're sorry you never received your package, and even more sorry that this gave you a bitter experience.

Absolutely brilliant product.

Absolutely brilliant product. I have always struggled to cut my little boys nails so thought I would give babynails a try. It is so easy to use and works perfectly. The product arrived very quickly so I highly recommend both the company and their fantastic product.

Doesn't work all that well...

Can't fault the good service, ease of purchase and fast delivery. The product itself however, isn't that great. Takes forever to file a single new born nail, that in the end I was worried about making the skin sore so not really used much since. Except to smooth nail edges after trimming with baby scissors instead.
The files need improvement. Would be a brilliant product then.

Well made

Well made. Works perfectly. Fits comfortably. I use it regularly. It does take a while to file the nail down.

Great idea

Great idea - very useful for a wriggly baby!!
Only issue I've found is the emery boards tend to lose their stickiness very quickly

Found the product difficult to use in …

Found the product difficult to use in the way it's intended (i.e. Single handed) on my newborn. Perhaps easier on an older child? Nail files work great, but find I end up using the Thumble just like you would a normal nail file, which makes it a pretty expensive purchase - in hindsight a few cheap nail files would have done the same job.
