Excellent service. Goods arrived within 3 days. Great price.

I ordered a multipack of 0-6month grobags from this site. They did not arrive quickly and when they did arrive I was sent the wrong size of grobag, I was sent 6-18month grobags which according to the piece of paper inside my parcel was picked out by Liam, clearly Liam wasn’t paying attention to my order. Because the item took so long to arrive I didn’t go through the effort of sending them back and getting the right size as my baby will fit into the 6-18 month grobags eventually. I just decided to order some from amazon instead. I won’t be ordering from this site again, seems strange they have checking process in place but I was still sent the wrong item.

Great prices but it says that tracked delivery between 2-3 days in the email with 1st confirmation , no more communication with a store , it took a week to get my goods also no email with tracking number nothing, I’ve sent and email as I ordered gift for baby shower so I was in a rush to get it before, but no response to my email either ,eventually I got my a week later. I will never again order anything from this website !!!! It cost me too much stress with no customer care at all.

Slow Delivery
I ordered my grobag on Friday and it still hasn't arrived by today (Wednesday). I'm hoping for it to arrive tomorrow. I haven't seen any emails notifying me of the parcel being dispatched or even an estimated delivery date. I feel that getting an email asking me to review this service before even getting my order fulfilled is a bit of a cheek!
