AVOID. Ordered an item online using paypal
Ordered an item online using paypal. They emailed back to say that colour is no longer in stock if I would like a refund or like another colour. I opted for the refund, which they emailed would be processed in 3 working days, it wasn't I followed up and they asked for me to email my credit card number to process a refund, I replied no please refund through paypal. I don't hear back, so I called paypal and they put a hold on my funds until they provide a tracking number for the item ordered or a refund, I finally got a refund. Which I was happy with. Did it end there? No. Multiple emails from the company asking to close the dispute through paypal. I logged on and there are no open cases only a refund for the item. I then on christmas day get a text from a lady from the company saying they got my number from my paypal account and that paypal and the company refunded me and I should send them the funds back, which is not true I only recieved one refund. DO NOT trust this company. This seems to be a neverending headache for simply wanting a refund for stock they didn't have or couldn't offer. Atleast with paypal you have another level of safety to get your money back.
