We ordered a stroller and a car seat.

We ordered a stroller and a car seat.

Unfortunately the stroller was going to be delayed (as it can often happen with baby stuff and it's not necessarily the sellers fault but manufacturers). Of course, we wished everything would have gone smoothly but in these situations what I liked and most appreciated is that they informed me as soon as possible, it was easy to contact them and get a prompt reply. Therefore we could sort the issue out very timely.

Customer service has been great through the whole process and for me is one of the most important aspects. The girls who assisted me (especially Pauline) were very nice and suggesting alternatives. They also kept me posted of every update in the delivery of the car seat. It was delivered smoothly and timely and it came in great conditions.

I’d definitely order again from their site and I fully recommend it.

Horrible customer service and nothing was delivered.

I ordered something two weeks ago and they said shipping was 3-5 days and havent received anything.

Ive called customer support multiple times. NO ANSWER. I tried emailing twice. NO ANSWER.

Horrible service and now my friend will not get her gift in time. What do I do?? How do I get my money back?

Baby Buggy stroler never delivered.

Ordered 2 baby stollers here. Delivery time was 2-3 weeks. Was acceptable since price was 30 euros cheaper than the official seller.
One was delivered 4 weeks later, and the other one started the drama...
- DHL lost the item.
- Few more weeks of calls and no direct new delivery date.
- New update 6 weeks after order and payment that i will receive a new one and now also no official delivery date since they ordered it directly from the production facility.
- Two weeks later (8 weeks after the order and payment) statement that DHL is again to be blamed...
The stroller was a gift for a birthday and one month after the birthday the baby still had no buggy stroller.
I would really not recommend purchases from this website. They are only resalers... they do not have the goods they offer in stock.
At the end i think they were even more happy than me to send me back the money.

Ruined our vacations, severe delays, misguided info, take no responsibility for damages caused

Ruined our vacations and are absolutely not customer focused. They advertised 1-3 days delivery online and did not manage to send the item after 2 weeks - 5 times the contractual time! They reasoned that this was due to their internal inventory process, but I would reckon that is a planned process and they would have had to adjust their delivery expectations accordingly. When I asked about the item and explained the urgency to receive it in time they did not offer an expedited delivery. We had to leave without a much needed stroller to travel. What‘s worse: (1) they offered to coordinate the new sending time and then just sent it without arranging a time while we were gone, ignoring my replies asking to please not to send it while we are gone (2) Then they told me they will only reimburse when they received the item back - they kept my money for weeks without a product! and (3) after asking three times for a compensation (we had to rent a stroller last minute at elevated costs) they replied they do not see a need to compensate anything (4) Finally, they made me aware of §§ 185, 186 StGB when I informed them of my intention to write about my customer experience with them and confirmed they do pursue customers legally, should they feel the review violates this paragraph. Wow - way to treat your customers!

Reduced prices

I have found very reduced prices at babyonlineshop and if buyers follow this page they can find great prices for each item. At first I had little problems with waiting for a stroller. They contacted me by phone to apologize and to say they are doing everything they can to get the stroller to me as soon as possible. After they also received the stroller at the warehouse, they contacted me by phone to let me know that the stroller was sent to me and I will receive the adapters for the Gazelle S stroller free of charge. I bought the Gazelle S stroller and as a bonus they paid me back 7% from the amount . The babyonlineshop employees are very friendly and take care of their customers . I will buy every time from them . Thanks and I hope babyonlineshop will grow up on their costumers and they will have a bigger deposit to collect more items and to don't have more problems with the delivery time .
