As new parents, we got a lot of useful and practical information from the sales person in Gouda shop. We are very satisfied.

We ordered showroom model of the baby room. In addition we added one more item which was not in stock.
All was delivered together in the reasonable time frame. Some screws were not sent by mistake but customer service sent it by post immediately after i called them - so everything was almost perfect.
Small problem with the Baby Park in Zaanstad is that is sometimes too crowded. You sometimes need to wait for the assistance for a while.

We went there to buy a car seat, we already looked online but needed some personal advice to make up our mind. We got a young seller that tried to give some advice but she did not really know the brands and the characteristics of the seats. Since we already had a look online we had very concrete questions and she was unable to respond them. It took us a bit of time for her to go and get someone else to be able to give us good advice. But in the end, another person knew what he was talking about and we were very happy with that.

1st pregnancy, so lots of new things to buy and lots of new things to discover about!
We arrived there on the Wednesday afternoon at Baby Park Veldhoven having no idea what we needed and where to start. Immediately a sales lady helped us with our questions. She ended up walking with us the whole afternoon and advising us with everything we needed. We walked through the store for 3 hours adding items to our shopping list (baby room, stroller, baby bath, lights…) and left the place happy and satisfied of our purchases and the whole experience. It was amazing to have our own personal shopper, she made this experience so easy for us, she knew everything about everything and had immediately understood what our needs were and what we liked or disliked.
I have to mention that we had come before on a Saturday and it was so crowded and the staff was so busy that we left and decided to come another time. So I would advise when possible to show up during the week instead of the weekends.
Besides the shopping experience the delivery and the installation of the baby room, went perfect, very friendly and efficient guys. And every time I call the store, they are very friendly!
We will definitely come back to Baby Park Veldhoven.

You can find anything you need for your baby! Great online shop. Very fast delivery!

Babypark helped us finding what we needed. It took some time to find the special parts in their system, but as soon it was found everything went smoothly.

Baby park is a great shop with top brands. The sellers are nice, they speak good English and German. We had a few problems with the ordered items, but it was not the shop's fault.

We bought the second baby-room from Babypark and are absolutely satified with the quality of the furniture and service of the Babypark-team!

Hello! We are a happy family who come from Belgium. I (mom) had a first 6 months baby when i knew I was pregnant! So ,I needed a two places buggy. Problem: I don't like the big bus (not east to move in the city) and the other ones were much to expensive (about 750€).I founded on internet my buggy but not for sale in Belgium!
Guess what!!??:Babypark has it!!!it's the only one shop nearly Brussels that has it. (It sales in UK)...
I went to the Rosendaal shop.I found that the service was excellent! Polite and helpful! They cibled exactely what I wanted.very very important for me!!
But what I prefered it's the family place (we can have a break with children to give them something to eat or drink and parents can also drink some coffee or tea ;)
If I need something for my babies,I know where to go...!

The service is very good!

They adviced us very well without trying to sell us more than we wanted.
Just one remark, avoid to go on Saturdays is quite crowded and you'll have to wait to be helped.

We purchased over ten years ago a complete baby kamer for our then baby daughter from BabyPark. This furniture we shipped back to Australia with us and then shipped back again to the Netherlands in late 2012. It is still in beautiful condition, except for the cot which she had grated her teeth along the side when she was teething!. It was now time to buy a bed for our 5 year old boy and there was no question where we would go to buy it. We went to the Gouda Baby Park and from the moment we stepped in the service that received from a lovely lady in the children's bed department was just department. She smiled and helped us through the entire process of looking at beds. We found a lovely bed and this was delivered on time as promised. The communication and service was wonderful. The bed was easy to assemble and our little boy is so proud of his new bed. Thank you Baby Park!

Baby Park is an amazing place for comparing different brands and products and for making your final decision to buy a staff. The other positive points are having very helpful staffs and very updated showcases.

We have received a very good advice from Babypark personnel. They took the time and were wery helpful. Also the article we have ordered was delivered as promised and within mentioned timeframe. All in all a very positive experience, we will go back there for sure!

The first time we went into the store we had no idea what we were really looking for and there was no employees walking around the store looking to help. The second time we went we knew exactly what we wanted to buy (after extensive online research) and asked for help right away at the info balie. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful and we were pleased with the experience. We were also thrilled that the delivery time was so short (only 2 weeks) for a baby kamer, kinder wagen and auto stoel as we had expected to wait a lot longer.

The biggest shop we could find, unfortunately only bad locations.

A very well laid out and spacious shop, large assortment, friendly staff & quality products. It's a shame that your website is not online on on a sunday, like many busy people this is one of the few days that we actually have time to go online.

It was a very nice experienceto go to Babypark Gouda. The service was very good, but i think we were serviced by the manager and he was disturbed many times as he was demonstrating and we found the things we wanted to buy. But he was very friendly even though everybody wanted to talk to him.

I have purchased almost all of my baby stuff from Babypark Heerlen. The staff there are friendly and helpful. When I purchased Stokke Izisleep and Stokke Crusi, it was hard to make a choice since they didn't have colour sample. There is a possibility to change it to a different colour. So when I got them, I didn't like the colour and talked to Vincent. My car seat was changed directly since they have one with the colour I wanted but for the stroller, I have to wait for 6 weeks since they have to order the colour that I want. At the end, I'm pleased with the new one. Also when I wanted to buy other things, they look it up in their system and searched for the things for me. VIncent also advice me not to buy a blanket that I wanted to get because its not "compatible" with my carseat. Vincent suggested another one which is better although that one is cheaper than the one I wanted to buy. Great job Vincent and team and I'll definitely recommend this shop!

On the other hand, I'm very dissapointed with the shop in Veldhoven. The staff weren't riendly nor helpful. One of the products I wanted to buy was the Koeka sleeping bag that you can fold. I would like to have it in a different colour than the one they had on the rack. I went downstairs to ask the information desk and asked them about this. They said they have it and kind of ask me to search for it myself. After I asked them to search for me since the shop is quite big and maybe someone might know about it, they finally helped me to look for the stuff. That was just one of the things I wanted to buy and at the end, I spent more than 800 euros that I regret. I could have gone shopping in Heerlen, but at that time the one in Heerlen didn't have the goods and I was under time pressure. There was one lady who was helping me when I wanted to purchase a car seat for my sister and she was nice and helpful. Unfortuntely, I didn't get her name. But all in all, I won't recommend this shop because of the service.
