Never using BabyQuip again

I carefully selected a provider and crib some time ago. A week before my reservation, it was inexplicably transferred to someone else with lower reviews and a different crib. I tried to contact her to ask what crib she provided and got no answer. I had to contact BabyQuip customer service and then she responded, but was curt and contact was limited. I had originally order a nice mattress cover and sheet package and instead was given just a sheet. Will never use BabyQuip again. Amazing part is you can't leave a review on their website unless you tip the provider even though they were paid very well for substandard service.
