This was my first time shopping with Baby Store UK. Their customer service is first class, queries are answered extremely quickly and couldn’t be more helpful. I worked in customer service for a large retailer for 21 years, and to say I am very impressed by Baby Store UK’s service would be an understatement. Gold standard!! Thank you so much.

I ordered my daughters pram on the Wednesday evening and got it on the Friday at 1pm couldn't believe it very impressed pram was just like in pictures my daughter loves it so very happy will definitely been using again thank you.

So so happy I decided to order our car seat with Baby Store UK after having a horrendous experience with Halfords!
We waited over a month with zero contact from Halfords which resulted in me having to cancel the order. I then placed a new order with Baby Store and received the car seat the next day!! Wish I'd have known about these beforehand but will definitely use these in the future and would highly recommend!

My partner and I ordered a new cot for our son after purchasing one a few months ago from Argos. Unfortunately, the one we ordered was poor quality and we didn’t feel it was worth the price. We decided to check out one of Baby Stores UK cots after a recommendation from a friend and I wish we had ordered from them from the beginning now! The customer service from the company was amazing and it was so refreshing to have such polite and lovely people on the other end of the phone! When the cot arrived, there was a single screw missing and as soon as we contacted them, they were incredibly quick to respond and get a screw with another spare sent out to us! I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from them in the future. The quality is definitely unmatched and I can’t wait to build the rest of his nursery!
