I’ve been purchasing adult clothing…

I’ve been purchasing adult clothing from Baby Teith for years and now that my husband and I are trying for our first baby, I purchased multiple bodysuits during a sale back in September but never received either orders. I received two emails with my confirmation numbers and one email stating that my order had been shipped but the email also stated that a label had not been created. I reached out via their website with both my confirmation numbers asking for an update.
I stated in my message that I am happy to wait in case there is a back order and just want an update that my orders have not been forgotten and I never received a response.
I was out of town for December and this past week I called my bank to file a claim for my money back. I advised my bank that I am happy to let them keep what I paid as long as I get my orders. I’ve always wanted to purchase their clothing for my future child and now I’m here and this experience has been disappointing. I trust their products since I own multiple shirts so I hope I do get my order but at this point my bank will just refund me.

Reading other comments and hearing the supplier is waiting for print orders, at least state it on your instagram ? There is nothing on IG that advises us they’re behind on orders. If that was the case I wouldn’t have called my bank. An update online would have been greatly appreciated.

Ordered 08/22. No stuff stil in Dec

Placed an order on August 22. It is December 30, 2025. I have not receid my order. I got one responce back at the end of September saying they were behind on orders and offered me $10 credit to their store, but now their website isn't even up! I've ordered from this shop before and it was great product with timely delivery. This time around has been awful customer service with no product. They stole our money! Never going to buy from them again and will definitely discourage others from doing so.

Orders never arrive and customer service is horrendous.
Have some great shirts but I’ve never experienced another seller who ignores their customers and holds onto your money without sending items - fraudulent.

Disappointed

I have previously ordered from this company several times and never had any issues. This last order I placed on 9/28 and still have not received. I sent several emails and finally received a response on 10/17 stating that my order was in que to print and ship. That was over 3 weeks ago!! I have since again sent several emails with no response. I am very disappointed as I do like the merchandise but after this I will never order again from baby teith. If I don’t get any response or products I will be placing a dispute with my credit card company

Avoid

I can't comment on the product itself since it still has not shipped 22 days after ordering it! Their customer service has not responded to two emails in over 9 days. The lead times noted on their website are a lie. I would recommend using a different company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!

I have never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service until now. I placed on order on 8/20, had to email them on 9/8 asking for an update since I hadn’t received it - ignored. Messaged them on instagram on 9/12 hoping I would get a response since they had been posting on their social - ignored again. Commented on their recent post stating that I messaged them regarding my order and to please message me back (thought that maybe they didn’t see my message and was in their spam folder so I figured the comment would bring it to their attention) - they HID the comment so no one else could see it. I wish I had researched the company prior so I could see that similar things have happened to other people. Ignoring your customers is literally insane, people are going to be more understanding if you apologize and explain the issue but nope ignoring and scamming is what this company is doing to their paying customers.

Baby teith

I just received my "Written and directed by John Hughes" t-shirt and omg it's my fav. It's my third time getting it, in different sizes. I love the quality and design. Im totally looking forward to my future baby teith shirts. I've had it for 2 weeks and have already worn it 3 times lol Ugh LOVE.

High-quality.

Baby teith has always been an amazing company. I always purchased clothes from them and their clothes last for years, the quality is amazing, especially for two kids in elementary school. Shipping’s always been great, I always got my stuff on time with no issues. so if you’re thinking about getting something, I highly recommend that you do.

Awesome All Around!

From start to end , everything was a very smooth seamless process! I ordered the items easily, shipping was timely and great! Throughout the entire process I was in contact with staff and it was all around the best service I have had in a very long time from any online shop! Long time customer …

I have been a customer of this company for at least 5 years. I’ve been getting kids items from them since my 11 yr old was 3 or 4. I’ve always gotten my orders timely and I’ve always loved them. That being said, I placed an order on August 29th 2024. A week later, I received and email stating that they were experiencing delays and that my order would ship Sept 12th. Well Sept 12th came and went and I have since sent 3 emails through their website and no one has written me back. This is completely ridiculous. I get being backed up after a sale but I should have received updates or responses to my emails. I’m so disappointed.

Update: After writing this review, I also commented on their Instagram photo asking for updates. Once I inquired publicly, I received a cancellation of my order. They’ve officially lost a long time customer.

Update 2:

I’m still very much in love with your products but have not made any further purchases since this ordeal. If you would like to fix this issue, I’m open to listening.

I will update this when I get a message back on my order. I ordered a shirt on September 27th, and have emailed several times about an update ,and no one will answer me. I want an update please. This is not good business to ignore your customers, but still post on social media.

Update on 10/15/24 Still no word from the company, but they are active on social media.

I got a Facebook message today from owner so we will see if my order comes now!!

10/23/24 My order finally shipped after almost a month, but I am happy I didn’t get scammed. I am rating 4 stars for how long it took!

Good ending to a bad start.

Ordered item on 9/2. It is now 10/9 and have not received it.

Update: Was contacted by the owner, who rectified the problem. Received the item promptly afterwards, and was given a discount. Item was well made and well received.

CONTACT THE NEWSPAPERS IN PHOENIX

Everyone needs to contact newspapers around Phoenix Arizona…where she is based. She’s been scamming people for too long now.
I’ve already sent in several emails to the newspapers but if more people contact them then maybe we will be heard!

I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. She did not willingly do this on her own. She was completely non contact the entire time ignoring emails and messages on all of her platforms. She continued selling on ETSY and still ignored my messages there as well. She offered me 40% off coupon for all the hassel but I will never be purchasing from her again.

FRAUD.

FRAUD.

Wish I could give this zero stars, I preordered in July of 2023, never received my order. It never even shipped.

In September I requested an update and was told to expect my product in October due to sourcing or supply chain or something. Whatever. It never came.

It's now 2024 and after several attempts to contact them I am ashamed to say I've been duped by this company like everyone else here.

Sad. They simply don't care to communicate or even pretend to offer customer service.

Do not buy from this shop.
