Headset bearings completely shot
This is the 2nd time Bache brothers have helped me out with a major bike issue. My headset bearing were completely shot. Charlie at Bache brothers was really helpful finding replacements for me (at a very reasonable cost) I just pitched up with my old bearings and he found me new replacements with plenty of offers of help and support if I got stuck fitting them. Bike is now back on the trails

Customer service is key.
I needed some advice on a brand of bicycle and even though I could never use them in person they provided a superb level of support of the phone.
Makes me want to take the 90 mile round trip for the service alone.
